A regularly scheduled grease trap pumping/cleaning was completed. When an unexpected obstacle appeared because another company covering the manholes with dirt, the company went above and beyond expectations by digging out the manholes to complete the job. The dedication, problem‑solving and commitment ensured the service finished properly. The staff were professional and friendly, locating the area and performing the needed work in a timely manner. They were always friendly and helpful, answering any questions. When an emergency they responded timely, were extremely nice, efficient and provided amazing service for future needs.
