I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are the most honest and fair mechanic shop I have ever been to. The world needs more people like this. They take care of their customers and stand by their work. I don't ever have to worry about being "up sold" on anything when I take my car in. They were recommended by a friend and have never let me down. When my car went off warranty a number of years ago, and I was told I needed a repair that was going to be almost $2,000, I took my car here and Brady's couldn't identify a reason why that repair had been recommended. They did fix a small issue that was not very expensive at all, and needless to say that other issue that was going to cost me big money has not been a problem. My car is getting pretty old now, but Brady's keeps her in good shape and I totally trust their recommendations and work. I have many more specific examples, but would run out of characters before I could list them all.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had to get a tire changed out on my car (BMW) and they did a great job, were very quick, and professional. Priced very well and the staff were very pleasant to work with. Great local shop!

Brady’s was recommended to me by a helpful stranger at Ledo’s in Crofton, who said they were very good and ‘honest’. I was 30 mins from home having lunch w/friends yesterday, when my car died. Mike was super helpful over the phone and in person, even stayed w/me after closing time while I waited for my friend to pick me up. They quickly found & fixed the problem the next morning, and cost-wise, couldn’t have been more reasonable! Tom was also super helpful when I picked up my car today. Too bad I don’t live near them or they would become my new car shop! If you live in the area, I highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

All I can say is thank goodness for Brady's Auto Care! They have saved me more than once when it comes to the care of our families vehicles. From helping me change a light bulb in my car at the end of a long day so I could drive my vehicle safely at night, to fitting us in to their busy schedule to get a nail fixed in my daughter's tire so she could get to work on time. These guys, all of them, are the most fair, honest and amazing crew you'll ever meet. I wouldn't take our families' cars anywhere else.Services: Tires

I wanted to love this place because my first experience was great. But the second time, they put a faulty part on my car where my engine oil was sputtering out and causing a burnt smell. Had to bring my car back and leave for a day for diagnoses and it turned out to be the part they supposedly “fixed” the first time. I appreciate them fixing it for free but I had to pay for Ubers back and forth to the shop for something that should have never been an issue. Huge inconvenience. Asked for reimbursement and got a very rude response back. Unsure if I’ll come back to this business.Services: Oil change

Very rude and unprofessional. Walked in there to get my wheels aligned for my Jeep, one of the two older guys yelled as I was walking in "what do you want?" OK, I get it ..manners or greeting cannot be expected. So I went on to explain my issue and that I need wheel alignment, and the guy is looking at a magazine all this while and bored and no eye contact or paying attention and after I was finished, just said we don't have time today (even though it was 8:15 AM, but understandable) bring it tomorrow and we will see if we can fit in. Given the rudeness I got from these two guys, I was pretty sure the next day they will give me the run around as well because they never gave me a lot and said they will see if "they can fit in" I took my business to another shop and did not regret.Avoid this place. unless being treated like headache, instead of like a customer.Service: Steering & suspension repair
