I am an electrical engineer and I have to say I am highly impressed with their knowledge and expertise. I wasted 2 weeks and $$$ on another local firm who never could solve our desktop issues. CTaG solved it right away at a very reasonabe cost. Highly Recommend!

This company is the best! We have worked with nightmare IT guys or IT "specialists"/ companies and they have always created more headaches than solutions! I will never look or recommend anywhere or anyone else for our IT solutions because this company is and will always be my "Go To" for any matters regarding our IT systems.

My computer would not start one morning and I was getting a message that said there was a "fatal error". I called and got a woman who answered the phone told me that all the techs were busy but someone would call me back. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call within 30 minutes. They looked at my machine and called and clearly explained my options. They were able to fix the problem, saving my data and gave me a recommendation for backing up my system so I wouldn't be in the exact situation again. I feel better knowing that I can call this company the next time I have a problem.

Running a new business is stressful enough without adding in IT issues. I can’t thank CTAG enough for helping me through a windows related issue on my work laptop that, by all things considered, was unfixable. That did not stop them from figuring it out anyway and saving me a ton of headache, time and money! Shaq was professional and courteous the entire time, especially while dealing with a frantic me! I was apprehensive when my computer just sat there and would not do anything. All of the icons were there but no programs would come up and no websites would come up. I am usually able to fix it myself, but I was stumped. I brought it to them, and after about 3 days they called and said it was fixed. The service and friendliness was great, AND the price was most reasonable. I would not hesitate to return to them with any computer problem. Great service!!!
