I had a great experience with a gentleman named Richard who made my experience really great. The computer wasn’t working right away but went IT specialist mode and got it working. I really appreciate the lady who greeted me and got me to the correct person. I will definitely recommend coming here to everyone I know hands down great service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ace Hardware, and I must give a special shout-out to Christian (possibly the store manager) for his outstanding customer service. I was struggling to find the correct screws for my license plate holder, and Christian went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he help me locate the exact screws I needed, but he also took the extra step of drilling extra holes and attaching the license plate holder to my vehicle. His expertise, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Christian truly exemplifies what excellent customer service should be, and I highly recommend visiting Ace Hardware for all your needs, knowing that you'll be in great hands. Thank you, Christian!

Great Ace. They offer a 10% military discount. Friendly staff. I also think they are a little cheaper than the Odenton one.

I came into this store today and the energy was rancid, I was rudely greeted by keelyn ( awful breath btw). Would not recommend this location.

About twice the size of the Ace Hardware store in Odenton, so there is a pretty good selection.I took my items to the cashier, and the first thing out of his mouth was “what’s your phone number”. That’s a big turn off for me. In this day and age, your phone number is basically your ID.

My most fav shop to go. Friendly staff. Helpful. Staff pay well attention to what I need. Good location as lots of shops are nearby - at home, new giants, and a few more. Always stop by when I go for various food in next plaza.
