Thomas is an aloof employee who has 0 manners. The self checkout is a painful experience, this store should be closed.

0 stars. Worst CVS. I mistakenly did a pickup order from the CVS in Davidsonville. Got an email that the order was ready. 2 small items what can go wrong. My husband went to the checkout and asked to pick up the order. The people working there had no clue about an order. My dumb mistake for picking that CVS by accident. Lesson learned.

Horrible place. Not sure how are they still in business. They never pick up the phone. You have to go always in person to talk to someone. Staff rotates constantly. Waste of time.

Dangerous Mistake – Unacceptable Service
The CVS pharmacy experience was absolutely unacceptable. They lost my prescription and handed me someone else’s medication. If I hadn’t checked the label, I could’ve taken the wrong medicine—that’s dangerous and disgusting. When I raised the issue, they refused to help or even try to locate my prescription.
The woman working there was a complete disaster—rude, careless, and dismissive. The man supporting her either couldn’t hear properly or was extremely difficult to understand, making the situation even worse. This level of service is shameful and unsafe. CVS needs to seriously reevaluate who they trust with people’s health.

Extremely Disappointed and Concerned !!!
The pharmacy at CVS lost my prescription and shockingly handed me someone else’s medication. When I pointed it out, they refused to take responsibility or make any effort to locate my prescription. This is not just careless—it’s dangerous and unacceptable. If I hadn’t read the label, I could’ve taken the wrong medication. It’s shameful how little regard they have for patient safety.

If I could give this CVS zero stars, I would. By accident, my provider sent a presciption to theCVS on Davidsonville Road in Crofton. When I received the text that the rx was received, it also came along with a message stating that the medication needed to be ordered and there was no indication of when it would be in. It was an antibiotic for my child that needed to be started immediately, so I called another pharmacy to initiate the transfer of this prescription so it could be filled immediately. The secondary pharmacy called 3 times. There is no way to get through to speak to someone in the pharmacy anymore, only the option to leave a voicemail, which is clearly NOT checked. The secondary pharmacy called multiple times and left multiple messages to initiate the transfer of the medication. After several hours, and our own inability to get through to speak to someone directly, my husband then called the CVS store main number and was connected with an associate at the register who was able to transfer us to a human in the pharmacy who was insisting there was no request for said transfer. 15 min before the other pharmacy was closing on a Friday afternoon, I dropped my husband off IN PERSON to CVS to get this transfer to take place, while I went IN PERSON to the other pharmacy. Upon getting inside, my husband was told again there were no messages from the other pharmacy and while I'm in person, am being SHOWN that there were multiple calls/messages left. The pharmacist at the new pharmacy was somehow able to get through at the last minute after my husband initiated the contact and get the transfer to occur, however this wouldn't have happened if my husband wasn't there IN PERSON to ensure it was done. Every single solitary interaction we have had with this specific CVS is always - and this is not an exaggeration - always similar. There is no communication. Everyone is blaming everyone else. The staff is rude, very inconsiderate and inept. I completely understand being understaffed, however there is absolutely no excuse for how this pharmacy is consistently operating at abysmal and subpar standards in ANY industry, let alone healthcare. You should be mortified to even be operating at this point. If my provider had not made a mistake and sent the rx to this pharmacy, NONE of this would have happened. This CVS should not even be able to operate a pharmacy on the premises. If you have ANY choice whatsoever to utilize any other pharmacy, I would do so because it will be so worth it in the end.

A joke! They get a script from the children’s Hospital in Washington DC last night and the following day, they tell me they don’t have it filled and it will be hours! No, not okay. Not when it’s pain medication coming from the orthopedic surgeon ER department. This is by far one of the worst pharmacies.

Absolutely terrible experience at CVS Pharmacy! While the non-pharmacist staff are great and genuinely helpful, it’s a shame they have to bear the brunt of the pharmacist’s unprofessional and unqualified behavior. they couldn’t care less about assisting customers with anything. Good luck getting someone to pick up the phone; it’s like they’ve vanished into thin air. This establishment is a complete disaster and should shut down immediately. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

Would give a zero if I could. Stores need to start working with these young and immature employees. Went in yesterday at 1 to get some Zrytec. Pharmacy was closing for lunch. Ask could I just quickly get a Zyrtec or I would have to go elsewhere. Tech let the window keep closing and says “BYE”! So you dismiss a paying customer. To make it worse, I asked for a manager to address the attitude and the 3 techs come up front and think it is funny that someone is complaining. So now I need to contact corporate. I worked for CVS in high school when employees were there to do a job and not be cute with people.
