The Minute Clinic is absolutely ridiculous. Outrageous wait times and the health provider doing the vaccines is so rude and nasty. She’s black with dreadlocks. Her tone is unbelievable.

Pharmacy is RIDICULOUSLY slow. Takes forever for them to fill your prescription and staff is very slow at pickup, whether you utilize the drive thru or go inside. Also, they almost never send a text when your Rx is ready, even though staff claims they will.

Been my pharmacy for over a year. Sometimes all goes smooth, other times not do much. Some of the pharmacists care others have an attitude. Complaints to CVS never get a response. If my insurance wasn’t thru CVS I would be elsewhere.

I went in for a simple passport photo that I needed ASAP for a visa. Taylor helped me and turned an experience I was dreading into one that was simple and easy. She took my photo and helped me upload it into the system; then helped me print it out and cut the 2x2 picture out for me. It took me less than 10 minutes despite google claiming it was during their "busy hours." There seem to be lots of negative reviews regarding the pharmacy but the front of house, customer service staff, really made the experience simple and enjoyable. I am grateful for the help and definitely plan on returning for any store side needs I may have.

Do you need life saving medications but want medical professionals to push it off? Do you like snobby pharmacists that give you the run around? Then I have the place for you! I’ve never had a worse experience at any CVS or pharmacy period. These people pray on those by insisting their insurance doesn’t exist and forcing them to pay out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and go to the Wegmans pharmacy across the street.

If you are a veteran seeking urgent care, you might want to go somewhere else. I made an appointment online at this CVS minute clinic. This particular location works with the VA to treat eligible veterans. When I arrived, I told the NP that I was a veteran and she contacted the VA to obtain authorization which was granted. But for some reason, she had difficulty inputting the authorization into CVS's system. After over an hour of trying, the NP told me the computer would not accept the VA authorization and advised me that I would need to pay $180 out of pocket or provide another form of insurance in order to be seen. I voiced my concerns but reluctantly gave my insurance card. She assured me that she would resolve the issue and the VA would be billed. She took a copy of my veteran ID card and the VA authorization number and wrote it on a sticky note. I was finally seen and diagnosed which took less than 5 minutes. She asked me what pharmacy I use and I told her I normally go to Walgreens near my home but I would pick it up there at CVS. By this time the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I waited in the parking lot and then went to the drive thru after they reopened. They told me at the window that there was no prescription for me. After several minutes of back and forth they figured out that my prescription was sent to Walgreens. WHY? Does CVS not have a pharmacy? A simple 5 minute exam and diagnosis took over 2 hours. A month later, I received a bill in the mail for a balance owed that my insurance didn't cover. The VA was never billed. I called the store manager and he told me he has nothing to do with minute clinic as they are "separate" from the CVS store. He was supposed to be contacting someone who would contact me but never did. This is unacceptable!

Worst pharmacy ever. Multiple experiences with "doctor did not call it in" BS. Several times the docs had to call 2-4 times. Also multiple times CVS does not have the courtesy to call and tells us they are out of stock and will be X number of days.. Even with important scrips. Can't ever get through on the phone. And even when the recoding says they will be ready at "6", they are OR that's when you find out they don't even have it. Done hear moving to WAG.

Received no call or text but Website stated a med was filled. Went there and was told, not filled because insurance denies it. Option to pay cash was available but was never notified by pharmacist the med was denied by insurance company and pharmacy needed prior authorization. Pharmacy never notified me about the denial so when I went to get med was told they no longer had med. The pharmacist should have had the decency to let me know about the problem. Now I have no med.

Good luck getting ahold of someone in the pharmacy! Even when you leave a voicemail, they don’t call you back. Then when you go in the store, they tell you either you’ll have to wait an hour + for a prescription that has a ready for pickup status or get attitude with being told you’ll have to wait… worst pharmacy ever.

My favorite memory of this place was a pharmacy tech having to stand on a step stool to sort meds because the mountain of bags of prescriptions was so high that he couldn't reach the top. I kid you not, it almost reached the ceiling. I've never seen incompetence at this level with anything regarding medicine before. They don't answer phones, send automated texts that your orders are ready when they haven't even been started, and typically have attitudes. Just don't bother.

Compared to some other CVS stores this one is nice. Always seems there is someone to help at the self checkout. Usually there is also someone behind the front counter to checkout. The only negative is they don't always keep up with their stock of items. Especially drinks in their coolers. Very poorly stocked drink coolers.

Whoever is running the pharmacy at this location needs to be fired. The pharmacy department never answers the phone, regardless of whether you are a physician or a patient, the drive-thru is always closed, and the staff is rude. Save the time and frustration and take your business elsewhere.

I went in to this store on Saturday and there were no shopping carts or basket. I had to carry all my purchases in my hand.... Very inconvenient. Would love for CVS to invest in more carts and baskets!

Do NOT trust this CVS pharmacy to fill your prescriptions! I was so frustrated with not being able to even speak with someone at the pharamcy which meant there was no way for me to get a status update on a NEW RX called in from my doctor's office. I called corporate headquarters customer service and the rep there spent 30 min on hold trying to reach a person. When she did, it took another 15 minutes for the staff to locate the voicemail RX and then the corporate rep promised me it would be ready to be picked up tonight. I need the new RX bc of consistent and severe nerve pain. Well, after calling and trying to get the status my husband finally drove to the store only to learn that there was no RX for me and no record of one. And...the pharmacist told me there was nothing on the voice mail. I'm switiching my RX to another CVS, as this store has been getting worse over the years such that even medical professionals have told me that it is the worse pharmacy in the County. Enough! They have failed over and over again and it's not just with my RX, based on the other reviews that I have read online on this website.
