My car rental experience was great. My personal vehicle was in the shop having repairs done and I needed to extend my rental a couple of times and it was not a problem, which helped me a lot. The employees were friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

Cam Creel provided excellent and professional service. He was thorough during check-in and reached out after to see if I had issues. When I made him aware of issues, he provided multiple options to resolve them.

Got to give this place kudos. Hardworking people who deal with disrespectful folks. The branch manager, Shayla, is awesome. Dwight and Jason are, too! My only issue is that the Corporate office needs to give them more support. They are turning over cars fast. Meaning they have to clean and spot check for engine trouble. Moving this fast can cause things to be missed. My key fob needed a battery, and my engine light came on the first day for coolant. I was able to take care of that... no problem. Online reservation was easy. No problem at pickup or drop off.

Great business with the gentleman here. They made the dream of traveling to Florida with a 15 passenger possible. Even though we’ll never do it again, very long drive, it was great experience. Thank you all!

Employees are all very nice and helpful. Customer service was great. They were very busy on a Monday morning and still trying to provide friendly service.Car was pretty clean (90% cleaned. Not a lot of effort with between seats and around edges with vacuum). The car was great otherwise and I enjoyed having it.When turning in your rental PLEASE double check you haven’t left anything. Although I’m sure there is some effort in returning forgotten items,, I left a phone mount (apx $20 to replace) and it was lost upon them cleaning the car immediately after turning in. I know it was my responsibility to get my belongings out, but I was frustrated in the fact I told them I left something and yet it was nowhere to be found.I would absolutely rent from here again. The convenience of not going to the airport and the good customer service are the most important factors to me.

I had a car reserved and paid for in full at Hertz BWI. After a long day of flight delays, I finally arrived at the Hertz ticket counter at midnight and was told they didn’t have any more cars and to come back in the morning.Instead, I reserved a car with Enterprise in Crofton. I called the location directly in the morning to make sure a car was actually available. There was a bit of a hold time so I knew they were busy. Shakia answered my call and was polite and professional while assuring me a vehicle would be ready. She even offered to call me if I could pick it up earlier than scheduled.At the Crofton office I met Shakia at the counter. She was again professional and kind. While I briefly waited for my car to be brought around, I observed her handle busy phones and walk-in customers with patience and politeness.Blake delivered and reviewed my car and was friendly and professional.It was a busy morning there but all the Crofton Enterprise staff handled it with ease.

I had a scheduled pick-up to drop off my vehicle for repair and be picked up by Enterprise at 10:45AM. When I arrived the repair shop text them of my arrival at 10:46. I called to confirm and after 12 minutes they picked up and confirmed someone was on their way already. They are 6 miles and 11 minutes away per Google maps. At 11:20 I asked the shop if they heard anything and they confirmed that they received a text at 11:18 that a driver was on their way. At 11:48 they lost my service. I will not go through this location again as they repeatedly lied. Just give an honest estimate so we can plan accordingly.

The Crofton office staff was friendly and helpful. I hadn't rented a vehicle in years and was nervous about the push button start. Ethan Lacy was kind and made me feel at ease. He provided tips for the SUV. When I reurned from out of town on March 17th, I was exhausted. He quickly checked me out so I could enjoy my weekend. If I need to rent again, I would return to this location.

This is hands down the worst enterprise in the region. They intentionally misguided and poorly explained the additional insurance coverage option. Then weeks after booking the rental, they charged hundreds of dollars saying it’s what I signed up for. This was never explained or discussed. The way it was discussed was as if I was purchasing the additional insurance coverage total up front, NOT that it expired on a certain day and I would continue to have to pay a daily fee. Weeks after the service so called expired, they billed me several hundred dollars in addition to the initial $248 I paid up front. Worst business practices. I will be reporting to the BBB. The manager was useless and did not seem to care at all about Cams misguidance. It seems as though this is a practiced scheme by this office. When they pointed out the expiration date in the contract after charging me, I acknowledged it. However, Even in the agreement it seems as though you pay the daily fee and then the service stops completely. Not that it will continue with no warning and no permission. This is a SCAM.

So.....obviously nationwide there is a worker shortage. It's particularly evident at this enterprise location. Upon picking up my car, I was greeted by an associate (manager?) Working alone. That's NEVER safe, and it's also not good customer service when there are multiple people inside the store and the phone ringing off the hook. The person who helped me was helpful and professional. You all just need to make sure there are at least 2 ppl to service the front, Especially close to opening and closing. I bet that's when the most people are coming in or calling. I could be wrong though. Good luck.

I wasn’t a fan of Enterprise but, I have a change of heart. Not for the prices but because of an employee at the CROFTON, MD location. Her name is, Shakia. She is the sole reason why I will rent from Enterprise!!!By the way how come you don’t have more Chevrolet Tahoes and GMC Denalli’s? How come you guys don’t rent electric cars like the mustang and Tesla? You’re like the biggest rental car company in the US. ??♂️

They're very busy on Mondays, but Zoe is super nice and helpful. Good customer service and never had any issues renting from them in the past.

This place is incompetent and unprofessional. They did not try to fix their mistake or take care of anything that was a mishap on their end. I will never be using this enterprise again. After being in an accident and having the stress of all of that it was not acceptable to be lied to by this branch. I would not use this branch for any of your needs.
