I approached the cash register to spend $200. The one cashier was running her mouth to the other. The other wasn't completely engaged with her, but the other one was my cashier and she did not greet me. But she sure did have conversation for me when she wanted to get me to use the Marshalls credit card! She asked me if I was using a Marshalls card today. READ YOUR CUSTOMERS' RESPONSE TONE, BODY LANGUAGE, ENERGY, AND LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS WORDS. I said, "No." That should have been the end of that conversation. But then she had two more questions for me. "Do you have a Marshalls card? Do you have rewards on your card? " Uh, I came out this way even though I live an hour from here, because it's the anniversary of my mother's death and I was coming out here for nostalgic reasons. Mom and I used to shop at that Marshalls. Instead of a nice time, making a purchase that I'll enjoy, I have to be met with zero warmth as I approached the register, and the only conversation I get is the cashier trying to get something from me. This was my last purchase at this Marshalls. Management, stop putting pressure on your cashiers to annoy the customers.
And get some new carts with working wheels. (This area sure has changed for the worse in the last several years.)

There was Asian lady working on restocking the purses Friday 24th 12pm-2pm the whole time I was there she keep eye on me made me feel so uncomfortable and fact that she kept giving dirty looks it's like what's problem

This is a great spot to help make a house a home. My girls love playing tea so I found a beautiful ceramic tea pot. They had some really great finds in here. What I really liked the most is the red tagged clearance items I spotted. I personally got what I came there for that recently broke in my kitchen for a decent price. Definitely better than paying full price at Target, bed and beyond, or Amazon. No share to those stores but I truly enjoy my experience while roaming around. If you in the area checked this Marshalls out. They are by far one of the cleanest I have been to.

I recently interacted with one of your staff members, Lovilee, which prompted me to bring a matter of concern to your attention.
During my recent visit to Marshalls, I encountered an unfortunate situation where Lovilee's behavior was discourteous and unprofessional. It happened earlier today. I asked her for assistance finding a makeup pallet my daughter has been wanting, and she told me, "Can't you find it yourself?" and rolled her eyes and left.I know everyone has their bad days but she was so mean for no reason.I asked her if I could speak to her manager due to her being rude and once again she rolled her eyes and didn't bother to answer. I had to ask another member for her name and the manger, but I was so furious waiting that I left the shop without reporting it Lovilee's rude demeanor not only left me feeling disheartened but also raised concerns about the quality of customer service provided by your establishment.
I am bringing this matter to your attention in the hope that appropriate measures can be taken to address such instances. I value your commitment to customer satisfaction and trust you will investigate this matter thoroughly. Thank you

I shop at Marshall’s on a weekly basis. I have been to almost every Marshalls in the Maryland area and some in VA as well. My favorite store is Annapolis Md.But the Crofton Store is more convenient although I drive more miles to go to the Annapolis store because of the service that I appreciate. Marshalls is one of my very favorite stores and has been for years. I do spend a lot of many on clothes on a yearly basis. But the Crofton store is the worst of all the stores I have shopped in. I decided to stop in to return some items and felt like once again I was in an Army training camp. As soon as I see the manager or coordinator not sure what she is she starts telling me all the rules of the store and if I have a merchandise credit but paid also with my credit card , I have to be refunded by the merchandise credit. As many times as I have shopped in Marshall’s I have never had someone to tell me that and it is the most stressful Marshalls that I have ever shopped in. I really don’t understand why most of the employees are so rigid in how they communicate but it isn’t good at all. I have worked in banking for years and no how important good customer service is but this Marshalls really need to be trained all over again because my experiences there mostly have been horrible.
