Ken’s customer services were great. Very polite and kind guy. I got 2 VHS tapes converted to DVD and mp4. His turn around time was the fastest I’ve heard of since I’ve been looking for this service.He estimated 2-3 day, potentially a week depending on what extra may have needed to be done. He got them back to me in literally 1 business day! He did say it varies based on orders so it could be longer depending on the time you go. He communicated very well if there were additional things that needed to be done. One of my VHS tapes was damaged and he repaired it good as new. He was very upfront about cost and didn’t do anything extra until he communicated the problem and his solutions. I am already going thru old tapes to take more to be converted. He took great care of our precious memories.

I just had the most amazing experience with PRO CUTS EDITING SERVICES in Crofton Maryland. I was greeted by friendly staff and met with the proprietor, Kenneth Davis.
Kenneth transferred several of my old VHS-C tapes to perfect DVD and thumb drive quality. Even more impressive was the quick turnaround and great price.
I am so looking forward to watching these videos with family and friends over the coming holiday season.
If you are looking to have old family photos, VHS, etc transferred to a more modern format that will last a lifetime, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service.

Ken did a great job with our transfer from vhs to thumb drive in great timing and care. Our wedding was back in 1999. With Anniversary around the corner this was a great gift for the families

Ken did a wonderful job converting our CD to a jump drive. He was very professional and accommodating. His prices are very reasonable and he gives fantastic service!
