You can't deposit coins! I had a donation to deposit that included some change. To keep the accounting records true, I needed to deposit the exact amount. But this Branch doesn't take coins. How inconvenient!

What do you value more, time or money? If you picked money, you may like this bank. They don’t have a lot of fees or charges like a lot of other banks do. If you picked time you will HATE this bank. Nothing is ever easy here, in the end yea they help you. But you have to wait in hold for HOURS, get hung up on, get transferred, every time you get transferred you have to start over and give them your information and explain what you need help with. I needed to dispute a charge, should have been a simple 10 min phone call. After two hours, being transferred, waiting on hold, being HUNG UP ON, waiting again, being transferred again, I never received help. If I had time to keep waiting they probably would have helped me in the end but I tried to get help from 9:00am to 10:47am, finally I had to go to work and couldn’t keep waiting. Too much hassle to dispute a charge. I’d rather waste the mere $50 than have to deal with the hassle of a dispute. So yea, poor customer service, poor time management, would not recommend.

SECU just in general has TERRIBLE service overall. They locked one of my cards randomly, so I called immediately. Spent 20 minutes on hold, then decided to do the call back service because of the wait time. They never called back, so I had to send them a message through my account. Sharnette kept sending me the same useless copy and paste message the past 2 days and wouldn’t answer any questions or help out at all.Decided to call back and waited almost an hour for customer service, and when I’m finally connected to an agent, they immediately transfer me to another line. So now I have to wait another hour to speak to customer service. I don’t recommend SECU at all.

Met onsite with bank advisor, Omar Ledezma. The process was very easy, he had a great communication skills, and very helpful on guiding me through the steps. Will keep continue doing business with SECU and Omar, 10/10 would recommend him and this branch to friends,family.

I have trying to make payments to them and it's really stressing me out. I've drove to places, been on hold for long times and never talk to anyone, sent emails, and nothing is helping me. Since I can't talk to anyone to help to get my payments to them, my payments are late and now getting letters for repo. This $h!++ is passing me off. Why can't someone just help me and stop giving a hard time. Just want a simple way to make my payment. I don't have an account with them, just a loan.
