Everyone at Mugford was extremely nice and professional, from the front desk all the way to Dr. Bruce. Getting a tooth extraction is no fun but everyone there made me feel at ease. Customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend The Mugford Center to anyone with dental needs.

I was called back before my appointment time and was out not too much later. In between, Dr. Bruce and his staff were personable, professional and proficient throughout my whole visit - including check in to check out!!

The office staff was very warm and friendly. I felt that the doctor and assistant worked well together as they assessed my needs. An excellent place for that special work your mouth requires. They are very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. I highly recommend Mugford Center.

From the minute I walked in the door until I left everyone was welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, all of my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. Dr. Bruce was very thorough in his exam and told me what he was doing and why. A treatment plan was given to me, and we went thru it step-by-step. I could not be happier with everyone in this practice.

I was in the process of selecting a new dentist and was choosing between several options. Boy, am I glad that I decided on The Mugford Center. The entire staff are as professional and friendly as they come. My initial oral exam was as thorough as I’ve ever had, and they addressed my periodontal issues to my satisfaction. I have steered other family members straight to Drs. Mugford & Bruce.

I went in for a cleaning. I got a full set of x-rays and an extensive check out. I was there for quite a while. $401 later and I never got the cleaning. I won't be back.
