I would give a million stars if possible. Westside Auto has been so amazing to work with. Ronnie is the kindest guy and very easy to talk to. The mechanics that have worked on my car did it perfectly and quickly. I can't express how grateful I am to have them taking of car. I trust them and will 1000% be going back for any of my car needs. Even the simplest ones.
Thank you guys for your hard work. I appreciate everything you do and have done.

Very poor quality of work, avg customer service. Went in to have new tires installed and do an alignment. After I got the car home found the valve stem was leaking, one tire was over inflated, and alignment was off with a vibration. Took it to a different shop and they found the suspension bolts were not tight and the alignment had shifted. Also found 2 of 4 wheels were not balanced correctly. This place has minimal hours, doesn't take appointment and is not cheap. Went to them thinking I was getting better quality which was worth the hassle but found they have poor workmanship, average service, and high prices.

It has been a long time since I last used westside, but I felt that I needed to leave this review. I stopped using them after they did an oil change and other service for me, because I want to do my own oil change and discovered that they had used an undersized oil filter which means they didn't bother looking up the correct size filter for my vehicle and just assumed the standard one was correct. Last week my water pump needed replacing, and when I went to remove and replace the expansion tank I discovered that it was being interfered with by the air conditioning dryer. Today I looked into it farther and discovered that they had not properly reinstall the air conditioning dryer when they did that work, with the result that it was actually interfering with the coolant recovery tank. Apparently the mechanic thought it was suitable to just shove stuff back together as best they could, rather than take the time to figure out why things were not actually fitting back together as they were designed.
So I wouldn't even recommend them for an oil change, let alone anything more complex. You never know when they're shoddy workmanship will lead to unnecessary repeat business for them.

A breath of fresh air.
I called in last minute for an inspection. The service members were respectful, professional, and great. They squeezed me in for an appointment and did an extremely thorough job. The amount of knowledge in that shop is astounding. They didn’t attempt to upsell but just gave me the facts. Prices are good too!
I highly highly recommend to anybody in the area.
Also, they appear to team up with enterprise for discounts on cars.
All in all, great place.

Came in for an oil change and an MVA inspection. I called ahead of time and they told me what day of the week and time was best for me since I'd be waiting in the lobby with my kiddo. All went smooth and timely and the staff was friendly.

Ripoffs and may damage your vehicle. Best of wishes throwing money at them. We took our vehicle for repair in March to the tune of $1000. Before the month was out it needed another major repair.

Absolutely the most honest automotive shop experience in my 65 years on this earth. I was from out of town from Florida on my way to New York and had an emergency brake issue. I stopped at another place first that I was closest to, but they basically wouldn't give me the time of day to help me. They also said I wouldn't find anyone in town that would help me the same day. I then called Westside that I found on Google. I explained my situation, and the gentleman said bring it in and they would check it out. When I arrived, the gentleman who runs the place and the technician were exceptional. He immediately took my car in to get evaluated. I was in and out in under 45 minutes back on the road. When I got the bill I was presently surprised again. Less than $40. You can't get more honesty than that. So needlessly to say, if you live in the area, take your vehicle there. If they treated an out of towner with the utmost honesty, this is where you should go. Moral of the story, there are still good people out there.Service: Brakes
