“God bless these people!! I went here for the first time this week to get my suit jackets dry cleaned before a work trip. I misunderstood what they said about the pickup time, and I only realized my mistake 1 minute before they closed on Sat (and I will be leaving before they open next on Mon). The woman working there offered to keep the store open an extra 15min so I could come pick my jackets up. I would have been completely screwed if she hadn't done that. I'm so appreciative.”
“I went here after getting turned away from other cleaners to hem a complicated dress that I needed for a wedding in a week and a half. They did a phenomenal job and I am so pleased with the dress! It had detailed stitching on the ends and had a staggered length (short in the front and got extremely long on the sides). Crofton Station Cleaners was able to replicate the staggered length that was more manageable to walk in without having extra cloth pooled on the ground, replicate the detailed stitching at the ends, and get the dress back to me with plenty of time before the wedding. I’m so glad I brought the dress to them because at other places, it may have been ruined! Thank you so much!!”

“Best hidden gem in Annapolis! I discovered 2 years ago when I needed alterations for a wedding I was blown away by the quick turnaround and customer service. I have since had over 10 visits for alterations and every time my dress fits like a glove! CHEFS KISS it’s not over priced and the owners are excellent, I just picked up a dress for a wedding this weekend and again, exceeded my expectations and I realized I have never left a review.

“I found King’s after a lot of searching for an affordable alteration for a bridesmaid dress (just needed it hemmed). It was $55 for a hem and done in 10 days. The hem looks beautiful and was much more affordable than other places! Highly recommend King’s Cleaners!”
“I miss that the Giant moved across the street, but to this place's credit, it didn't stay vacant for long. And also to their credit, they are already revamping the exterior like they did to the rest of the mall. Great food joints like Otani, Frank & Luke's, and now Taichi have suites here, so it keeps it very interesting for dining options. Oh, and lest we forget, a Philly Pretzel Factory! It's a great location, pretty easy to get in and out of, and the shops are useful and updated.”

“Great cleaning service, best in town always provides the most professional work in Hanover. Not many people know but Lisa is also a talented seamstress and can even make clothing I've had her make multiple wedding dresses for friends of mine as well as last minute alterations. Her prices maybe a bit higher then others in the neighborhood but you get what you pay for with this definitely, high quality organic cleaning with all the bells and whistles. My dress shirts always come back looking brand new with a collar guard and neatly folded arm sleeves. I appreciate this because other stores are not consistent with this or don't do it at all! Makes a world of difference to me. Take my word when i say her skills with cleaning and clothing is limitless. I still travel there to get one of a kind service and to keep in touch which is worth the travel for me from VA. This should speak volumes of what kind of person she is. Theres never been a time as well within reason if i had an issue with the quality of my clothing that she didn't take care of me either! Which i know she does as well for all other respectful and reasonable customers. Great place!!!”
“Beautiful restoration of my Wedding Gown from 1976. Some wine had gotten splashed on it at one anniversary celebration. Then it was stored incorrectly and some of the lace had been torn on the train. Cathedral length veil and empire waisted gown in Ivory. with pink satin trim, and rose bud lace. “First and foremost - ask for Danny. He is compassionate, sweet, understanding, and EXTREMELY helpful. My condo rental had a small fire which riddled our home with nasty smoke smell. I was referred by ServPro to contact this company - definitely the best referral I could have gotten.
The company, itself, does amazing work and they are there to help you through catastrophes - big or small.
Let me tell you a little more about Danny though. This dude.. He like adopted me and my fiancé. I'd invite him to our wedding! He is so knowledgeable in regard to renter's insurance - he had so many awesome suggestions that didn't even deal with his part of the business, and that is true customer service. When you're in a pickle and have no idea where to turn, it is a true blessing to meet someone like Danny.
I have had to text message Danny multiple times (only because I had a question, not because there was anything further needed from their end) and he ALWAYS responds immediately. You can't put a price on that kind of service. He is just the nicest, down-to-earth guy. I hope you get the opportunity to work with him and his team.
Keep in mind, having your things tossed through by strangers is very scary and uncomfortable. Danny and his team came in and they breezed through our textiles. They never once made us feel like we were "gross" or anything of that sort. That is the type of service that we all yearn for. Don't look up any other company - this is the one you want to help you out. (and ask for my boy Danny!)”

“We took a wool rug in to be cleaned because of a pet stain. The rug was 9x12. It took a little longer than expected, because the person who cleans rugs for them had trouble with the stain. But the rug was spotless when we picked it up, had no chemical smell, and the cost was a little over $200, an excellent price for good work. They have free delivery as well. We will take our other rugs to them in the future. Very courteous, very friendly business.”
