They can’t answer the phone or deliver the correct mail to the correct house this happens constantly and today they put 3 other houses mail in my mailbox. I’m not the mailman, you are. I shouldn’t have to waste my day distributing my neighbors mail to the correct mailboxes. The incompetence is real.

I stopped by this post office to mail a package to the United Kingdom today, only to find that they had none of the proper custom forms to do so. It was clear to me that the postal worker on duty could not have cared less, much less did she offer any idea as to when the forms might be available...or where else I could go to mail my package.
Disgraceful.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. This is the absolute worst post office I have ever been to. From the moment I walked in the man behind the counter was rude. He basically talked to me like I was stupid and berated me. Do NOT got to this Location if you don't need to. I will never step foot in there again!

This is not the first time I encountered rude staff in this place, but today I had enough. The postmaster in this place is rude, no wonder his staff is the same. I came in to ship a package and nobody was in their post, so after standing there for a bit and waited, I said 'Hello.' He came out upset and said, do not say Hello because he feels he was rush!!! Like really? I have worked in customer service for a long time and this is not how I treat customers!

I went into the Crownsville Post Office and accidentally spilled all of the mail I had brought in. Derek (and all the other people in there of course laughed) was gracious enough to say, don't worry about it, that he would take care of it and get the mail on it's way. I appreciated his compassion and assurance that although I had caused him more work he willingly took care of it. Many thanks to Derek for easing my embarrassment.

I went in today and specifically asked the guy working how many stamps in a sheet. He said 20 so i asked for two sheets of the “ serene rivers”. I put them in my purse and paid and when i got home there was only 12 on each sheet. Now im like 15 short for my Christmas cards. Im pretty annoyed. How does a postal worker not even know how many stamps are on a sheet? Plus they’re completely out of xmas stamps on Dec 11th? Ridiculous! Luckily Safeway had xmas ones with 20 per book. Should have just gone there in the first place.

Had a horrible experience after dropping a priority mail package in the drop box at 7:30 am. A man ran out of the post office who I guess worked there, he wasn't wearing post office logo wear so I wasnt sure. He had my package in his hand and was yelling at me that I couldn't drop a box in the drop box because it could be a bomb and it is not allowed. He continued to yell at me over and over again but then wouldn't give me my package back. I don't understand. If this is the policy then they need a sign that priority boxes cannot be dropped in the box inside because other post offices in the area allow it. I don't feel the way I was treated was warranted considering the reason.
