“I purchased a vehicle from QCM about a month ago and, as cars sometimes do, a sensor went bad and needed to be replaced. I brought it to Lorelei, and within 10 minutes my car was being taken back for diagnostics, I had keys to a loaner vehicle, and I was already on my way to work.
Lorelei stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. QCM ordered the part directly from GMC, installed it, test-drove the vehicle, and had my keys back in my hand, all in less than 72 hours. Everything was fully covered under the QCM warranty, so I didn’t pay a dime, and my car is running perfectly.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received when I first purchased my vehicle, and I’m genuinely blown away by the professionalism, care, and dedication I experienced this week.

“Timbrook Honda knew I wanted an NT1100 and they made that happen. The NT1100 is hard to get in the US right now. Justin Nichols was a great salesman and his final walkthrough knowledge was excellent. This is an electronic/computer heavy motorcycle and his instructions relieved my fears over the controls. “While I was traveling to a memorial service my muffler dropped to the ground. I pulled off the highway and found that Twigg's was the nearest mechanic. I called and explained the situation and was in the shop 5 minutes later. 15 minutes later the pipes had been clamped back in place and I was on my way. “Grateful for the way Roy’s helped me navigate fixing my truck when it wouldn’t start. They were responsive and communicative from our first phone call to me picking up the truck. I did end up having to bring the truck back when the starter was intermittent but they made repairs under their parts and labor warranty. I’m not upset about having to bring it back because engines have dozens of systems and hundreds of moving parts, and at the end of the day, no one perfect. That they immediately fixed the issue at no additional cost is the take-away here folks. I feel like I can trust them and will be bringing my truck to them in the future. Thanks Roy and Shannon!”
“Traveling back from my parents house to home my truck alerted that my back passenger tire was at 19! Got off the interstate and found this outfit! So thankful that I did. First they tried to access whether or not it could be repaired...it could not. Put the spare on and charged me 25$. While they were finishing up I noticed they were turning off so e lights...they closed at 2 and I must have gotten there about 145. They finished up with me at 235. Excellent customer service!”
