Traveling back from my parents house to home my truck alerted that my back passenger tire was at 19! Got off the interstate and found this outfit! So thankful that I did. First they tried to access whether or not it could be repaired...it could not. Put the spare on and charged me 25$. While they were finishing up I noticed they were turning off so e lights...they closed at 2 and I must have gotten there about 145. They finished up with me at 235. Excellent customer service!

Brought my car in for a brake issue, master cylinder needed replaced. Ok, no problem. Picked up my car, no problem. Got it home and my brake fluid sensor starts going off. I check the brake fluid level, it’s topped off. I call DK Tires and tell them about the sensor. They tell me it’s probably bad, they’ll replace it. Ok. Brought my car back in. The replaced the sensor…and when I start my car my whole dash lit up with error codes. I went back into the office, told them what was going on and they proceeded to tell me that it was like that when I came in. I honestly couldn’t believe what they were telling me. As a last ditch effort I asked them to at least take a look at it again since I didn’t feel comfortable driving it with a stability control error coming up. One of the mechanics started yelling at me in front of my 5 year old daughter, telling me to leave or he was going to tow my car. At this point I called the police and explained the situation. They came and I told them what was going on. I knew that there wasn’t much they could do but they took a report, told me to file charges at district court and they followed me home to make sure I made it back ok.
I wouldn’t go back to DK Tires if they paid ME.

A couple of weeks back, I was bringing a lightly used pickup back home (Lexington KY) to my son that we had bought in northern Virginia. Approaching Cumberland on I-68, I felt noise and wobbling from the right front wheel. This was late afternoon, so I dived for the last exit and wound up on Greene Street. That's where I got lucky and met up with these fellows at DK. Even though it was a half hour to closing time, they took the truck in, and found that both front wheel bearings were shot. Autozone also came to the rescue when another good guy dropped off new bearings and races on his way home. Two guys worked away on my son's truck-- one on each side-- and they got me back on the road with new, properly packed wheel bearings.
I want to (again) thank Dan and his guys there at DK, for not turning me away close to closing time, and for getting the job done right! Trust them-- they will treat you right!

I called this establishment asked their hours, asked if they provided my services needed. Then got a price on services needed. Drove almost 30 minutes, arrived at the shop to be told that they were only open for about 14 minutes and it wouldn't give them enough time to PUT A TIRE ON. Even after explaining that I have wires showing really bad and I need them done so I can get back and forth to work. The gentleman literally said nothing else to us but you didn't ask me on the phone if we would have time to mount the tire did you??? Will not recommend to anyone and would never go back

I had to get a broken wheel stud replaced. They ended up charging less than the quoted amount because the job didn't take long. I was initially a bit concerned, but I was treated fairly and they did a good job. And for the record, I'm not white and I have a foreign accent.
