Good for a quick shopping trip , but a lot of products they use to sell are now gone . Very disappointing .

While approaching the checkout line a lady walked in and told the cashier she didn't receive her cash back. The employee immediately got defensive and stated "that's why the sign is there" Referring to this crumbled up piece of paper I didn't even notice yet. Then told her she needed her receipt for proof In a defensive manner. The lady calmy went and got her receipt and she was absolutely correct that she got cash back and she shorted her twenty dollars. While the lady was outside she proceeded to talk about her until she walked back in the store making snarky comments about corporate not wanting to do cash back but the service is still available on the customers side of things. While this was happening the manager made her count her drawer at which she thought was the best time to eat cheetos in between counting which is absolutely disgusting. Nobody apologized to that lady for being rude or abrasive after realizing they made a mistake. The employee then began to try to talk to me about what had occurred at which time I shut her down and told her she was wrong foe the way she treated that lady and I will absolutely never go back to that establishment. This isn't the first bad experience but it's by far the worst. Due to keeping my temper I didn't collect names but I sure wish I had. I hope something amazing happens to that woman who stood up for herself without being angry even when the employee was. & I hope the dollar tree is ashamed of their employees who act this way.

I like the dollars store everything is 1 dollar and 20 cents. It's cheap and they have nice things it helps me when I barely have money which is all the time

Normally, we go to the Dollar Tree down the road next to the Family Dollar. Today, we decided to check out the new one. Big mistake! I bought a phone case which i knew was going to be cheap, but it had a kickstand so i decided to get it for my boyfriend anyway just so he would have one. Took it out to the car, opened it up, put it on the phone, anddddd the kickstand broke. Go figure, right? Anyway, i go back in and am like “hi i bought this just a minute ago and as soon as i put it on it broke.” The cashier, Tiffany, said okay let me see what i can do. She called the other cashier over, and that cashier went to speak to her manager. She comes back and says there’s nothing that can be done. “We can’t prove that’s the phone case you bought.” Alright, so the picture of the phone case on the packaging and the countless others in the phone accessories isle couldn’t prove that i guess. My boyfriends mom comes in and this lady literally told her to her face “you could’ve swapped them out.” When her manager comes over “I DIDNT SAY THAT!” she started to ARGUE with my boyfriends mom who was being nothing but respectful to this woman. she told us in a smart way “You can leave, goooodbyeeeee!” So yeah don’t buy anything here, just go down the road to the other one. The customer service here is non existent. Being accused and argued with over a $1.25 phone case is unbelievable.

Absolutely horrible!! Barely has anything, I got fabric from there to do a project and it had so many threads, I can’t even use a lighter cause it’s cotton, I wasted my money on fabric thinking it was good and it’s not, I tried to pull some and it would slowly all turn into threads. Horrible company and horrible place.
