Had car reservation not even hour before get a call saying they don't have a car for us. Reservation was made week before. Was told should have one within the hour almost 3 hours later still no return call. And now they are closed

This place is pathetic. 2 times within 3 months they set me up appointment to pickup a car. 2 people take off work drive 30 miles and both dam times they have no car because they say someone made a mistake. There’s 3 dam people that dose paper work. How hard is that to figure out? If that’s not a sad way to ruin a business tell me what is. Another business around CUMBERLAND that will be closed soon!

I had a rental car because someone rearended my car. It was in the shop for repairs. I had my rental parked outside of where I worked. While I was inside my place of employment, someone ran into my parked rental car. Yes, I have THAT kind of luck. It was captured on security cameras. Unfortunately, the woman who hit me, did not have permission to be driving the car that she used to hit my rental car and therefore, the insurance of the car that hit me would not pay. Enterprise made me pay $500 in order to get another rental car. I should not have had to pay anything because the state of Maryland has uninsured motorist insurance we all pay into. Basically, I believe that Enterprise stole $500 from me. I had no choice. I had to have a car to get back and forth to work every day. So an incident that was ZERO percent my fault cost me $500.

The car was clean, ready, and efficiently reviewed for check out with notes premade of any damage. The attendant was kind and a follow up call was made to assess the quality of the service.

Great service, helpful and friendly staff, always have a car when I need one. Recently had to get a car while mine was in a body shop. Enterprise got me a nice Kia but as I drove it there were obvious issues with the brakes and steering. Upon return, I explained it to the staff. They immediately jumped to action to get it in for repairs. Highly recommend enterprise.

Life Savers!!!! Personal car broke down on a long distance trip. It was towed to the dealership next to these guys. Didn't have a reservation or nothing. Walked in down on my luck but these folks saved our trip. Got a rental and since we weren't local we had to return the vehicle to an Enterprise by us which they were more then fine with. Customer Service was superb and I highly recommend them! A+!!!!!!

Just terrible to say the least. Where to start. Arrive to pick up the car and no sense of urgency. Inspected the car and all look good until I got into it and saw that the registration had expired 7 months ago. Are you serious, 7 months outdated and still being rented out. Went in got another vehicle, heavy smoke smell and not as nice interior so I will suffer for a few days. Never received rental agreement for the vehicle so could not verify anything. Returned vehicle all was good but I notice that the mileage and gas logged were not correct when I received the vehicle's paperwork upon return. How, because I logged it when I got in since they never gave me an agreement for this vehicle. Also, took a survey and was told I would receive a follow up call in a couple of days as requested. No surprise here as I never did get the call from Enterprise. I will not be using this company again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.Update, I follow through just like I was asked to and got a basic generic response from a person in customer care. Didn’t surprise me one bit as I was expecting a response like this.

I wasn't aware there would be a $300 deposit fee on top of the $374 to rent a car. The customer service person confused me while trying to use my debit card to pay. I tried to cancel the transaction before it was processed. I tried using the same card after I canceled the transaction and it was declined. If your card is declined for any reason they will not be able to use that card for 24-36 hours. Even if you have funds available in the account. They do not accept cash payments either. You then have to wait 2-3 business days for any money to be refunded.
