The website is terrible since they changed a few months ago. Just a real pain to do online banking with them now and get any information from the website. I don't even use them as my main bank account anymore because of it. They are just a secondary back up account for me now.

They take FOREVER to get cards out. Ordered one almost 3 weeks ago and it still isn’t here even though they said 7-10 business days. This place is a joke.
