I went by there yesterday to pay my bill... they were closed when they should have been opened. I waited for 15 minutes still not there and this was at noon. Today my phone is turned off. I tried to call the main office two months ago to change my due date because it was always due 2 to 3 days ahead of my Social Security check but they would not without first paying a big sum. I have been with this company for 4 years never late . Will be going to Att
