Close down. You give the customers the wrong medicine. It takes DAYS to get a script filled. I've been called several times to recount medicine that should have been counted twice already. Terrible place!!

After using Walgreens in the Philadelphia area this store can't get anything right. There unable to text and your on hold forever trying to find out why you cant get your medications. I've switched to CVS to get real service and be able to actually get my prescriptions.

We showed up to pick up my medicine. The girl at the window said they didn’t have anything for me. Well we had dropped it off over two hours ago. Then we are told it would be another thirty minutes. This store is poorly managed and the staff is always sure to let you know what a inconvenience it is to you to do there jobs. Someone higher up needs to come in and clean house. It’s ridiculous how long the wait times are and just how rude the pharmacist staff is.

Pharmacists always act like they're busy doing everything but their job. Always tell me "give us about 10 minutes" and an hour later I'm still standing there waiting for my scripts.

Horrible service. Took me over a week to get a prescription filled. I went over a week without my meds and when I finally got them I had a bad reaction from not being on them and had to be hospitalized with heart issues. These people are going to get sued big time by someone one day when they kill somebody.

Had surgery and had my husband drop off and then go pick up prescriptions & he had to go back 3 different times and then I had to go back in after just being discharged from the hospital what a waste

Absolutely horrible... answering service is not up to date... tried calling to talk to someone in pharmacy was on hold forever. They never did answer.. won't be staying with them long at all !!!

Never answer the phone and takes all day just to get a prescription. Switching to cvs in lavale. They should have kept it rite aid.

Very slow, very long wait times, always seems to be an issue. Especially frustrating that you get a text that your prescription is ready only to find out you need to wait longer! Looking for a new pharmacy.

My family and I are considering looking for a different pharmacy. We were with this store since it originally opened as Rite Aid. We love their staff before the changeover. All the people who worked at Rite Aid were so patient and kind. They knew us by name, and they made us feel like we mattered. Now? We feel like we inconvience the people who work the pharmacy. We've only had issues since the change. Long, long unnecessary wait times. Being sent text messages that prescriptions are ready for pick up, only to drive over and find we have another TWO HOURS to wait. When I mentioned this to the manager on duty, I was told to basically take my business elsewhere. ANY businessperson will tell you that's the perfect line to kill customer comeback. We've never felt so unwelcomed before.

Worst service, manner and time frame.. took 6 hours to get a prescription filled. Got a text alert saying my prescription was delayed, so I called. Was on hold for a half hour, desided to drive down (with me still on hold) and go in. Stood for another half hour watching noone even attempt to answer the phone. Best part, they weren't even busy? Worst company in the area
