Allison rocks. I have multiple vehicles and definitely did not NEED this purchase. If it had not been her persistence in communicating regardless of my inconsistencies in communication and continuing to work with my schedule I would have not purchased a vehicle. I’ve purchased multiple new vehicles over the last couple years from Nissan from multiple dealerships and this was by far the most pleasurable pleasurable experience.

I walked into Timbrook Kia just to take a quick look. I knew I wanted to buy a smaller suv but was not sure on which direction to go! Allison quickly greated me and answered all my questions! We chose a Kia Seltos for me to test drive. She went over all the features clearly as we were driving and very quickly I decided I really liked the car. I let her know I had to talk to my husband ( who was already looking up rating and specs on the car with the link she sent me) She let me walk away without making me feel pressured! My husband and I went over everything and decided this was the car for me, even though it is a quirky green color that I really love the more i look at it! I called the next morning they got everything done and I only spent a short time signing papers, going over the great warranty (which helped influence my final decision) and they got me in my new car! It was a rainy blah day driving but my new Seltos handled amazing that I took my family members out just to drive more! Thanks Timbrook Kia and especially Allison! She really listened to what I wanted and needed to get me into the right car.
