I bought my first new motorcycle here last year, and it was a very positive experience for me.The saleman was very positive, helpful, respectful and responsive. He actually took me for a test drive around town before I made the final commit. This is unique to this powersports dealership, and I've never experienced this before. It made it much easier to say yes.I came here a year later for some suspension upgrades, because I felt that the shop is more experienced with the class of motorcycle I chose - and I wasn't wrong.They took good care of me. All of them are riders and they get it.Positive experiences and good vibes. Very satisfied! 5 stars all around for the salesforce, and the diligent and very competent mechanics.

Was told to put on a face diaper. I turned around and left. Was going to purchase a street and trail bike. But the business is more concerned with the fear mongering mask scamDEMic than treating people with respect.

They list things on ebay for MSRP and then don't call back when you make an offer. Not sure how they stay in business ignoring customers but I'd happily spend elsewhere. If MSRP isn't good enough for you, at least have the bravado to counter off me over sticker price.

I just purchased a new/old stock Honda from Timbrook. I was looking for a particular Honda online and they had three. When I first made an offer I didn't hear back from them. With Covid and the holidays and me being out of their state, I wasn't too surprised. Jimmy called last week and we made a deal over the phone. He got me a great price on the three year old but brand new bike I wanted. I flew out to IAD, rented a car I could turn in at Cumberlund a mile from their dealership and drove the bike home. It had been prepped properly, had an almost full tank of gas and ran flawlessly. They had a great selection of cycles, ATVs and side by sides. Friendly people in a small town on the edge of the Appalachians. I would highly recommend them.

Service guy has terrible customer service, barely gave me the time of day. Quoted me 350$ for one rear tire, that is ridiculous. Said it would be over 400$ all said and done.....to put one tire on. Tires for my bike start at 66$ online. The mechanic who wandered in and saw me waiting was more professional and more pleasant. I will be taking my bike elsewhere.
