Was in today to pickup some chicks. Amy, one of the managers assisted me. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and I was greeted with a smile. She helped me find items I needed all the while dealing with the rush of chick days. I’ve found the staff at this location to be very professional and willing to help. Store is clean and neat. Thank you ma’am for going out of your way.

I arrived at the store at 8:30 pm to fill the propene, the lady who was at the register cleaning didn't want to call anyone, and then without asking anyone said the propene was finished. Worst service I've had

Was at Lowe’s down the road and made a call to Tractor Supply to ask if they had a specific type of chemical cleaner. The man who answered the phone (I assume he was a supervisor or manager) was professional and thanked me for calling at the end of our conversation. Best classical customer focused service that I have encountered from a supply store in a while! Lovely to deal with too. As soon as I entered the store with my two boys, he was there to make sure we knew where to go for the product I had called for. The rest of the employees were talkative and enjoyable to watch working with other customers. I was pleased to find that this type of store still exists! I will definitely be coming here for business again!

I went there yesterday. Mike was the associate that helped my wife and I. He was very helpful. It was a great experience. The staff there are knowledgeable and approachable.

First rate customer service. Associates are friendly and super helpful, and the store is usually well stocked.There are three TSCs I routinely shop in Maryland and this is the best managed of the three.If any senior management happens to see this- pass along my thanks and appreciation to the management team and associates at this store!

You always get a warm welcome. Customer service is awesome, always someone asking to to assist you. i stopped by for dog food today and was asked twice if i needed assistance.My favorite store to shop! Prices are a nice bonus also.
