I’m disappointed in the staff here. I came to pick up a couple of things with my mother and we were followed by staff across the store.

I had a simple question for the Pharmacy. When I asked the pharmacist wasvery rude and saying he needed the perception before he could give me and answer. Im changing Pharmacies and need to know if they carry a certain drug. He tells me that doesn't make sense calling Pharmacies to ask that question. Very rude.

I’m officially switching pharmacies after too many bad experiences at the Damascus CVS. They constantly have my prescriptions under my maiden name—even though I’ve asked multiple times for it to be corrected—which leads to insurance issues and delays. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful.
Today was the final straw. I arrived at 1:25 PM, not realizing they close at 1:30 for lunch. I waited in line, only to be spoken to rudely by the pharmacist and told to come back at 2. It would’ve taken just a little courtesy to explain their break policy politely, but instead I was met with attitude.
Also, their drive-thru has been broken for weeks. There’s a sign telling customers to honk for assistance, but when you do, they act annoyed for having to come help.
After repeated rudeness and a total lack of professionalism, I’m my prescriptions elsewhere.

My 83 year old mother tried to get a prescription transferred there. She lost her card but had all the information. One of the ladies working there was rude, disrespectful, and would not help her by taking the information necessary. She refused to give her name. Never experienced a person in customer service so horrible especially to an elderly woman. I will never go to that store again.

Closed and locked doors for no reason at 630pm on a Friday! Multiple people trying to get in with no response. Seemed like people in the pharmacy drive through were out of luck too. Lights on inside and everything.

If I could give a negative five I absolutely would. Wasted 4 hours of my day. the pharmacist lied to me and when I got a hold of my doctor he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Worst experience at a pharmacy in my entire life.

The Damascus CVS is a good drug store with a wide range of products and brands. The pharmacy is well mamaged and they usually get you in and out reasonably quick. The parking lot is a bit small, but usually not crowded enough that it makes a big difference.

Deplorable Customer Service - Zero star deserved.
In the rains this morning, I visited the drive thru at CVS Damascus to get pain medication for my kid. This Asian lady at the window tells me "the dosage is not written on your prescription, you have to call the Dr". I pickup my phone and she informs me to drive to the lot for that. I drive off to make room for other clients. I check the prescription myself and find that the dosage is actually written and highlighted on the prescription paper so i drive back to the window. I queue up behind 4 cars and patiently wait for my next 'opportunity' to be served. Got there and showed same lady that the dosage is on the prescription. She asks to see it, so i showed here. She hands the prescription back to me and tells me she can not serve me and I have to come into the store to pick the medication myself because it is over the counter medication. I ask her "but ma'am why is that and why didn't you say so the first time?" She insists "this is over the counter medication". So i asked again but you should have told me that the first time. She gives me an attitude and arrogantly insists "you have to come into the store." Now i am clearly furious and about to press on the f... button then she says she said sorry. Where do people learn to tell such cheap lies. You did not say sorry you pathetic cheap liar. CVS i think you can do a better job picking your representation. Is this a culture thing at this CVS site seeing such reviews. Note! there is a large image on the drive thru wall indicating you can pick up such medication via drive thru. Stop wasting peoples time and do your customer service job or leave. There is life to live out of CVS. Cheap liar girl.

Treated like absolute garbage by the pharmacist and got hung up on. Last month my medication was out of stock so I got a "comparable" medication which they were able to tell me was in stock so I wasn't wasting my time having my doctor send in another prescription. Fast forward to today same situation but pharmacist was rude kept saying they couldn't tell me if it was in stock and to "have a nice day" and abruptly hung up. So now, I have to waste my time having my doctor send in another prescription just to see if it's in stock meanwhile I'm running out of medication and they could absolutely care less. Absolutely useless.
