This is a 5 star review. I support our local hardware store in Damascus. The tru value store is great. The personnel are great. I recently needed some lumber and I wasn’t home but Adam took my order and delivered it within one hour. This is great service. Always try to buy from our local hardware store.

Needed lumber ( small order) 11 pcs of 5/4 x 6 x 10ft
Originally told me Friday delivery, today is Tuesday. The 1 guy over heard me talking.
He's delivery it today said he would throw it on a pick up and deliver. Excellent customer service. Granted im only 4 miles away but still went out of his way to make it happen.
Why I like shopping there.

Love coming here!! I was greeted right as i came in. The young gentleman helped me find my stuff and offered to bring it to my car. Very nice service!!! 10000/10

There are other plumbing parts stores closer to me, but this is now my first stop! I spent an entire Saturday going from one parts store to another and stopped by this place on a whim. They had what I wanted, and the manager was super knowledgeable and helpful. The customer care folks were plenty helpful too, just a little green. If you want a place where someone will actually help you with a smile, carry everyday parts (the bigger stores don't because it isn't profitable enough), and fair prices ... go here!

Great place to get your hardware needs!
The place is clean. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Rest rooms are clean The prices are fair. They have quality merchandise.

Went in yesterday and just needed some shear pins/bolts for my snow blower. I was helped right away and they had both bolts and pins available. As usual quick and personal service. Years ago I bought a large amount of lumber from here and the wood quality was so good. Way beyond what you find at the big box stores. Have bought many things over the years for my house. It is such a great thing having a quality locally owned neighborhood hardware store. Please support your local businesses when you can!!

I have used Hyatt for a number of years for all my lumber supplies. They have a solid hardware store including paint ,hardware , tools and gardening sections. Talk to Paul at the lumber counter for your specialty items like doors and windows.
