Sandy Spring Bank provides outstanding and superb customer service. Customers report every single experience has been outstanding, with the best customer service and tellers who are awesome, have the best manners, and are nice. They are known for preventing fraud and accommodating special requests. Customers have trusted them with finances for many years, with some banking for over 20 years since they were young. The bank has helped customers pursue personal dreams with services like a first personal loan. Overall, customers have never had a bad experience.
Kinda surprised at the location's rating. They've also been nice to me. I often go there with requests from my church that require more time but they always accommodate the requests. My youngest son like to accompany me since they always give him candy. Never had a bad experience so I figure I can help out with the rating.
