Staff is in another dimension seems like they are from different planet.May God help them so they can treat people with kindness and respect. I believe change is coming in their behaviour in Jesus name. Tons of people making same complaints, how is that possible?

They deliver mail to the wrong address all of the time. I lost an eBay purchase with tracking because they delivered it to someone else.

I would like to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the discriminatory treatment I experienced while applying for my children’s passports at the Damascus Post Office. The agent handling my case by the name of Yuchun he was unprofessional and treated me unfairly extremely disrespectful kept asking me if my son was female or male I assure him that he was male and he proceeded to refer to him as as she based on factors unrelated to my application. The tone, behavior, and overall attitude displayed were condescending and disrespectful, making the entire process unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Such treatment is unacceptable and goes against the principles of equality and professionalism that should be upheld in public service. I also believe he overcharged me for two passports of a 16 year-old and 17 year-old he charged me $337.70 if anybody can give me information on how I can file a complaint against this agent please let me know or if someone can contact me from US Postal Service this should not be tolerated .

DAMASCUS , Maryland is My postal service it’s the worst, I always get mail for Galeano way when my street is Club View drive . No only that is I guess the same problem that I miss a lot of mail , probably with the same situation . It’s so stressful when I buy something wandering if I am going to get it . I spoke to the supervisor and they placed a red flag for the delivery person to be more careful . Down my house another resident who is a police men has the same complaint . It’s the worst , when you call them it’s like not their fault , don’t take in accountability of their disorganization. HELP !!!

Poor customer service! I came here for passport services. Tracy was totally rough and unfriendly. She offered and made 2 photocopies of the birth certificates and charged $2 later. She completely didn't mention the charge before making the copies. When I said you should have mentioned the charge upfront, she gave me a disgusted face and prompted me to pay without any explanation. I don't mind paying the fee, but we should have known about any extra service fees upfront. Beware of their services and fees because they don't disclose upfront.

I expected my order to be delivered. I waited over 2weeks for it. It was due to arrive today and I find out at 7pm, that it was returned to sender at 4pm. WTH Damascus. The money that one pays to live here, can we get our delivery on time? Can you attempt to call us or try to deliver it again before you make the independent decision to return to sender? Did it ever occur to you, that maybe....just maybe...you should try again? At least once. It's only the same address for the last 4years. I mean, hell you finally stopped sending other mail out but to heck with what we actually order.Update to 4stars: As of 27 February, all has been made right with me and for me. I understand personnel are new and for the lack of my understanding that was displayed. I apologize for all things. It could have been said better, considering the platform used. Forgive me and I will do better moving forward.

Been waiting for a package to be delivered but I haven’t gotten it. Tracking number has it at the DAMASCUS post office for the past two weeks almost but has not been delivered and no records of it. Absolute crooked criminals. Drivers are completely lazy and stuff packages into mailboxes instead of walking 30’ to deliver it properly. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE NOW!!!

My Amazon package has been sitting here for over three weeks with no sign that it will ever be delivered. Seller says they dropped it off, but staff have no idea what happened to it. Thankfully it wasn't anything I needed right away, but I would not trust this post office with any time-sensitive packages.

I was there for passport service and the employee named Reena was really helpful. She was very professional and knows what she is doing. As compared to other USPS employees she was the far most helpful person ever.
