The employees were making me uncomfortable it felt like we weren’t welcome there. One employee in particular Debra I think she’s a manger but she targeted me and followed me and my friends from the second we got in the store. The employees don’t have good customer service skills i don’t recommend shopping there.

The staff is great, but since moving to Damascus, this store has gone significantly downhill. Only self-check out is available. Weis prides themselves on a rewards system, that you cannot use if you are forced to work your own check out. If I have to work, I expect extreme discounts like Aldi. This is not the supermarket experience I expect when prices are the same if not more then the competitor who greets me with help in clean aisles, a check out person and bagger. They are regularly out of stock on items and the few staff they have seem overworked and spread thin. Super kind, but need help.

Weis employee known as Jimmie was a life savior Tuesday September 10 by helping my wife and I load out groceries.
We both are on walkers.

Weis feels far more connected to the community then any other grocery store. Their meat prices are excellent, prices are in line at least with others. Several workers at mine know shoppers and talk with them.
