“I highly recommend this business if you need auto body repairs. I have a 2013 BMW that withstood some damage on the front fender . How the damage was sustained is highly classified (lol), but I can tell you there was a hole in the fender about the size of a quarter. Now, let’s be real, I could have spent thousands of dollars to fix that eyesore. But Beavers Auto Body Shop gave me an estimate that did not make me nauseous or faint. In addition, the business is customer oriented, professional, and down-to-earth. And all of those qualities are very important to me as a customer. I stay away from service providers who do not meet that criteria and I certainly do not give them repeat business. “My 2022 Silverado is my first new vehicle in forever and is my pride and joy. When i messed up the tailgate on a day of hunting my heart sank. I found Andrews Garage after a bit of searching. Anytime you use a new business you’re a bit nervous. Well the results and treatment I received put those nervous feelings to rest. They did everything I asked for and then some. My truck was a mess inside from hunting and cleaning it was my first order of business after being repaired. After paying and heading out the door I looked in the truck. The inside looked almost showroom new. I almost fell over. A month of hunting mess and dirt from my dog was gone. I was shocked. I made my appointment for the repairs and just dropped my vehicle off Monday. It was estimated to be done tomorrow, but I received a call stating that it was done early. “I had broke down this past Saturday night and horrible rain. Times are very very tough right now and I need my car to earn a living. After three days of searching and hunting gentleman name Harold who works at this auto parts store in Havre de Grace Maryland.Was exceptional. He returned my email promptly with the information I requested. I had to touch base about a few things he answered the email of both of my questionsWithin the hour of my email early in the morning he addressed me wrote back and he had the part and alternator for my 2010 Honda Civic. I went down there. It’s a peaceful place a lots to offer good deals and great excellent customer service. This guy has saved me a big car repair in so many ways and like I said tough times right now anytime I need something for my 2010 Honda. I will absolutely call him first. Great placed great job and I’m smiling tonight because I can go to work in my car.”

“I don’t often write reviews. Autozone has always been my go-to rather than the competitors across the street. I came in for brake pads. We opened the box and found out the hardware from the picture was missing. The manager came over to advise. He called the Autozone the next city over. They said their kit had it, bam we got our answer if it’s supposed to have installation hardware or not. He did a purchase to store transaction where I paid there and drive to the other store. For my troubles he knocked the price down 1/2 off AND threw in a pouch of brake lubricant for free. He damaged out the pads missing the hardware so another customer wouldn’t get them. Now that’s customer service! My experience with them was great. In a world ran by reviews, they deserved this 5-star! Merry Christmas Autozone! Thanks again!”
