“I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing my car repaired after a collision with a deer. The team at Harford Custom Coach, Ashley, Dave, and John, made what could have been a stressful and unpleasant situation much more manageable.
From the moment I brought my car in, they took charge of the situation, keeping me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent, with regular updates on the progress of the repairs and clear explanations of the work being done. They made sure to address all of my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. Even after the repairs were completed, I had a few minor requests, which they promptly addressed.
Overall, my experience with Harford Custom Coach was exceptional. They made a difficult situation much easier to navigate with their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.

“We had a tree limb fall on our 2018 Subaru Forester damaging the SUV from front to back. There was damage to the hood, roof, rear hatch, bumper, etc. and there were also about 100 dents in the roof from acorns. We picked the car up and it looks like new. H&H did a fantastic job! Kevin is great to work with. He's very accommodating and all about customer service/satisfaction!”
“I highly recommend this business if you need auto body repairs. I have a 2013 BMW that withstood some damage on the front fender . How the damage was sustained is highly classified (lol), but I can tell you there was a hole in the fender about the size of a quarter. Now, let’s be real, I could have spent thousands of dollars to fix that eyesore. But Beavers Auto Body Shop gave me an estimate that did not make me nauseous or faint. In addition, the business is customer oriented, professional, and down-to-earth. And all of those qualities are very important to me as a customer. I stay away from service providers who do not meet that criteria and I certainly do not give them repeat business.
