They literally never pick up their phone. Trying to get answers on if I can just pick my package up and nobody seems to ever be able to answer the phone. Mad annoying

Too strict of shipping requirements in terms of packaging that is not theirs.
I was told at drop-off by the "Post Master" that she would not accept my package due to the serial and product numbers label on my box, and that it must be removed or covered. I asked how serial numbers, that could not be removed, would affect the ability to ship and deliver the item. The Post Master immediately became arrogant, and told me to take my package somewhere else. Very un-professional response.
The Post Office's shipping policy is simply too strict and needs to re-considered. I can't help to feel like it's just a way for them to sell you their own boxes, envelopes, and packaging.

The most unorganized post office I have ever dealt with, from the post master all the way down to the carrier. Losing my mail, delivery my mail to the wrong address that’s not even the same road . Customer support when you call about these problems they are rude. The WHOLE Staff needs replaced.

Wow! Really Someone stole my $10 reward coupon from my VS piece of mail. Little do they know luckily the coupon is saved to my app so when they try to use it, it will not work. Do better and get honest employees.

Woman working there today told me a medium flat rate box to California was 25 something. I left and went to the VERY KIND people at rising sun and paid 17.05. WHY BE RUDE AND LIE TO PEOPLE.. hope she reads this and her boss too. Found out today this woman is the boss, OMG. someone needs to check into this. The other girl Shannon is always sweet, kind and helpful.

There is a lady that works mainly morning time and constantly complains about doing her job, constantly outside smoking cigarettes and talking bad about customers as they are walking up. She is either always sitting at the desk or outside smoking and not doing much and then complains that I come in with a few boxes and made her stop smoking or get up. Today she told me she is going to refuse me next time I come with more than 5 boxes with out a paper print out. She is always complaining about her job and saying she is retiring and moving to Florida, it is clear she hates her job and takes it out on customers which is unprofessional and uncalled for. I have tried being nice with her and she still is rude and dismissive .

An absolute horrendous Post Office! By far, the worse I've encountered in the nation. The actual Postal Carriers are very nice on my route. They're always pleasant, kind and very respectful. However, the office staff/workers are completely incompetent and unbelievably rude.

An absolute horrendous Post Office! By far, the worse I've encountered in the nation. The actual Postal Carriers are very nice on my route. They're always pleasant, kind and very respectful. However, the office staff/workers are completely incompetent and unbelievably rude.
