Been here a few times now and have left the store with nothing. The shelves always seem to be unorganized and empty but with shipping boxes blocking the isles. Not really interested in coming back if y’all aren’t really looking to sell your merchandise.

Just went to this location before work like 15 min ago like I do every M-F before work. Got a large iced coffee and a buffalo chicken roller on a hot dog bun like I do every M-F before work. I get up to the register and the Indian lady with black hair and glasses asks me how many rollers I have, I said “just one” she replies “oh just one?” and continues to grab my food and touch all over my food. Then has the audacity to tell me “sorry all the Spanish people who come in here steal” I replied with “sorry I look Spanish to you. I come in here everyday and get the same thing but I will leave a review and never come back”. Then she replies with “get out of my store”. The racism and ignorance is ridiculous, we’re almost in 2025 and for racism to still be happening is crazy. I will never come back to this store until that racist Indian lady is fired.

Just left this location and the old lady behind the counter was very rude. After my Apple Pat was denied after 2 tries the manager decides to ask if I’m using Apply Pay. Well I’ve always used Apply Pay at this location. He informs me they don’t take Apple Pay. Well if that’s the case and it’s not working then put up a sign! The cashiers are always rude I won’t be going back to this location. I’ll spend my money at the High’s down the street or Royal Farms they have way better customer service if you’re not from around here!

Used to be great; always had coffee. I went in 5 different times in the past couple months and there was no coffee. Yesterday none. This morning only hazlenut.

Terrible. Workers ignore you. Tried to ask a question and the woman walked away from me and I know she heard me. By the way, the woman who ignored me is in the picture.

Most of the staff have terrible Attitudes 99% of the time. There are 2 ladies that are always the sweetest. The lady with shorter black hair is so sweet and the tall woman with long black hair and glasses (I believe she’s the manager) is always so nice. But any other staff member (besides the 2 ladies with black hair )I’ve come in contact with over the last 3 1/2 years are rude and not friendly.

Terrible service. Misses at the counter requested I remove my mask to verify my identity. We are in the beginning of winter and to jeopardize my health during COVID is quite disrespectful. Lady continued to make rude comments about me not abiding by her orders. I'm 79 years old and my health not being respected is wrong. I will not be visiting this store ever again and I will be in touch with my senator and governor to inform them of this unsafe practice. People come into the store and touch products then you request them to put their hand to their face and remove their mask. Disgraceful
