“Such hidden treasure! I was in the area for the wedding of my friends and this hotel was the closest one to the estate where the wedding took place. The hotel is very charming, has a very beautiful water and boat view, very clean, friendly stuff, plenty of parking, boat house also looks great. “My wife and I had an excellent time here during our stay in late July. The hotel/room was prestine and the service was awesome. In particular, Kelly (Manager) went above and beyond the expectations of hospitality when we realized my wife's car was having trouble the morning of departure. Her husband, Andy, spent over an hr w/ us helping and eventually got us on our way. Although our morning didn't go as planned, we couldn't have picked a better place to spend an additional hr while experiencing car trouble. 5 stars for them both and their willingness to lend a helping hand even when it didn't fall under the scope of their responsibilty. Additionally, they were putting in an outdoor, boat bar underneath a pavilion that is sure to be a town landmark. Great time here and even greater ppl.”

“We just celebrated my son’s wedding this weekend. We rented 28 rooms including the Chesapeake and Shoreline suites with gorgeous views and full kitchens. We also rented the Bay breeze suite and Luxury suites and reg rooms and rooms with hot tubs as well. Everyone said how beautiful the grounds are, how peaceful the beach is, and how friendly and helpful the staff are. Although the inn was sold out, it was quiet and tranquil. With the lighting, you feel that you are at an island resort at night. Two fantastic restaurants just steps away for the resort.
Beds are super comfy, hot tubs are large and relaxing, rooms are clean with anything you need including comfy robes, pool towels, coffee and Keurig with coffee too.
We also rented the beach pavilion and had a bonfire for the rehearsal dinner. Taylor and her team took care of everything and were super flexible as there were impending thunder storms. It all went perfectly. Her team came out during the storm and even lit the bonfire which lasted through a monsoon and we were able to enjoy when the rain ceased. Taylor and everyone at the inn helped to make this weekend amazing!!”
