The staff is amazing, friendly, attentive, and helpful, providing incredible customer service and creating a safe environment. Parents appreciate that the park is a place where kids can be kids. Some guests note that you pay for a visit by time spent, which can be an issue if play is interrupted. A suggestion was made for an activity like a zip line for older kids. The competitive games are really fun, though a concern was raised about age limits in certain areas to ensure safety for younger children. Despite these minor points, families absolutely love it, highly recommend it, and are thankful to have this gem in the community.

Had a great time only issue is you pay for visit by time spent and since my daughter is diabetic we had to lose alot of time that was payed for waiting for her blood glucose to go up

My grand children really enjoyed their time there! I didn't like having to register outside before entering the building though. Other then that, it was a fun and friendly atmosphere. I wish you guys had a zip line for older kids.
