I took in my 1997 Jeep Cherokee for an exhaust upgrade in 2017, and I want to give Lucky’s Garage a huge shout out for providing excellence customer service during my visit! I did a lot of research about exhaust systems but couldn’t quite figure out what would sound best on my vehicle.Henry worked with me mostly in the office, and he was great at answering the many questions I had come up with during my hours of research. He also discussed different possibilities with me after taking the time to learn what exactly it was I required as a customer. I was there for three days in the same week, and each day I was provided with helpful information to make decisions about my vehicle.Michael and Scott used their expertise in the garage to best match my needs as a customer. They not only recommended certain products based on my individual situation, but also shared advice for exhaust system and vehicle care. Rather than simply welding something on, they allowed me to hear the sound qualities of the different mufflers I was considering.Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences each of the four times I have been to Lucky’s so far. Their near-perfect review rating on every site is definitely warranted. I look forward to becoming a repeat customer as I continue to customize my vehicle.Service: Exhaust

My son-in-law's car has been worked on there for the brakes and they picked it up and they charged $800 but it broke down the day they picked it up. It doesn't sound like they guarantee their work. Very dissatisfied with their work

This is probably the best garage I've been in! Margaret is the office manager. She's very efficient, polite and a pleasure to talk to! I had to wait an hour for my ride. I watched her, the mechanics and other customers. They know many of the customers by sight and greet them as friends. Everyone working there treats each other with respect and works as a team! Their prices are very reasonable and this is my go to place from now on!

Friendly and fast and they go way beyond what the majority of the other shops will do. If you want custom work done go here and avoid the rest.
