“I had a great experience with Bates Moving last Friday- the four guys that moved me were so professional. I made the mistake (unknowingly) with not wrapping my mattresses but Cam came prepared and it was a simple fix. I moved from a 3rd floor apartment- so no easy task but they were efficient & awesome!! Not to mention, Bates was significantly more affordable than other companies I received quotes from. The lower price did not impact the quality- I could not have been more relieved that I chose Bates. I had a nightstand that was damaged in transit but they took care of it and I received the nightstand back today and it looks good as new! Huge thank you to Cam and the guys. “When our house flooded due to a busted pipe the company doing the repairs recommended Cubes storage to go, Cubes helped us out. The lady I spoke to in the office was understanding, helpful and friendly. They understood the urgency and had the cube delivered the same day. The driver was professional and was very careful setting the cube on our property. I had no issues while storing my stuff in the cube except a small issue with the door (to be fair i had the cube for a year). but the office sent someone out right away to fix the problem. the cube was a convenient way to store my stuff and have it close by. So when my husband needed to clean out his shed to rebuild it we called cubes to go again. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.”

“Cory and Richard were great. They disassembled what they had to. Packed a 54 inch TV and loaded everything quickly and left the house clean. Upon arrival at the new home. They quickly unloaded, placed all furniture where we wanted and reassembled everything. Tish was great with the estimate and Janet was so helpful from the office. This is an excellent company to move tou.”
