“we had our stuff there for a few years with no complaints but when i went to pick my stuff up there was allot of moisture and there was mildew on my stuff thankfully it wiped off but i had my grandmothers bedroom set that’s over 50 years old in there and it upset me but other than that we have no complaints about them we honestly took our stuff out because the price just kept going up every few months i think from the time we got it til we took our stuff out it went up like $40 or $50 but i understand inflation so we just bought our own shed and saved $1600 a year but if you need a unit it’s not a bad place to use”

“Storage wise always keeps their facility clean and the climate control is perfect. We struggled storing personal items in our garage due to the moisture in the air but storage wise has fixed that issue with their climate controlled storage.”

“I've had my stuff stored at Moss Hill Storage for longer than I care to remember. My unit rent has never gone up. If you pay in the office, they are always more than pleasant. You can conveniently pay online as well, easy peasy. The area is well lit and I feel safe going there at night. The main gate is always closed and you need an access number to open it. I use a climate controlled unit and the inside access is also well lit. I was just commenting to them the other day about how clean my belongings are after being there for many years. Just a little bit of dust. As I said, I'm in a climate controlled unit.”

“We moved last month and needed a couple storage units. We thought we needed 3 or 4 for an entire house of stuff but after talking with the manager he suggested that we only needed two large units. It's nice when someone is looking out for you and not just trying to make the most money that they can. We also got a month free on both units so that was an even bigger bonus! I guess new owners just purchased the place and are turning things around. Highly recommended!”
“I started off on the phone thinking about how much I was going to want to probably just hang up. But from the time the guy on the other end picked up he was very polite and courteous he told me that everything was going to be okay today he was going to make sure I got everything I needed and he sure enough did. By the time I was done he walked me through the online steps so that by the time he was done with my phone call all I had to do was go to my storage unit and put my stuff in it.

“When our house flooded due to a busted pipe the company doing the repairs recommended Cubes storage to go, Cubes helped us out. The lady I spoke to in the office was understanding, helpful and friendly. They understood the urgency and had the cube delivered the same day. The driver was professional and was very careful setting the cube on our property. I had no issues while storing my stuff in the cube except a small issue with the door (to be fair i had the cube for a year). but the office sent someone out right away to fix the problem. the cube was a convenient way to store my stuff and have it close by. So when my husband needed to clean out his shed to rebuild it we called cubes to go again. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.”

“Been renting storage here for almost a year and a half; I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here from the staff. Ms. Leslie is wonderful, and so is her daughter- Ms. Erica. Always a joy to see their faces any time I ever have to step into the office, or they’re always helpful and professional should I ever need to call. I always feel safe here, and feel like my belongings won’t be tampered with. I love that I have a code to come and go as I please even outside of business hours.
I also love that sometimes I get to see some beautiful babies sometimes if Ms. Erica has her sons in the office. Brightens my day with their smiling lil faces. I will sadly be moving out soon, but will continue to recommend this place to anyone I know.”
