My wife & I came here, on Saturday February 22, 2025, to have our tax return prepared. We met with Henry Tyler, and everything went expediently. Mr. Tyler is proficient, friendly and a pleasure to talk with. He took the time to explain everything to us and gladly answered all of our questions.
As far as we're concerned, we plan to use H&R Block and Mr. Tyler's services for all of our future tax needs. (Note Mr. Tyler, unlike you car dealership, we got your name correct. LOL).

Henry Joseph Tyler did our taxes. He rushed through it and ignored my wifes attempts to correct him when he was trying to input incorrect information until she forced him to stop and change it. This H&R block charged us more than twice what the one on Kent Island always charged us. Our experience here was beyond unsatisfactory and we will not be coming back.

Used this place for past few years and its always been somewhat reasonable for taxes. Went this year and it was crazy expensive. Gonna start using turbo tax or something else from now on.

I have a friend that is going through this location. They have refused to let her sign some documentation and when Lisa was called, she was completely disrespectful. It was bad enough that my friend heard her on the phone talking with the employee. When the employee hung up, she had to apologize to my friend. This will not be the last of this situation as I will be bringing this up the chain of command and contacting the next in line.
