Where my sister lives there is no receptacle but they say they can leave packages on the porch..that was a lie. Just recently sent my sister a package and it was returned to me..smh.

I use the Denton USPS office daily for my handmade pet supply business, and in eight years I have never had a bad experience. The delivery people are reliable and great to work with, and the ladies working the branch counter are always friendly and helpful. I've never lived in a town with such an accommodating USPS staff, and I'm very thankful because they make running my ecommerce business a breeze.

The customer service people in the post office have bad attitudes. Telling me I can not pick up my package a day early that I know it’s there. I tracked it there and said oh we don’t go get packages when they arrive. It takes too much time to find it. And it’s bad when UPS and FEDEX ships there stuff across the country.

DENTON P.O. Stinks -- No p.u. or dlvy 2 days 9/11 & 9/12 - called 800# - over 1 hour wait [bs] I hung up --- even when mail dlv'd it's constantly wrong -- post mangler must be a real "winner" -- remember the P O dept loses billions annually!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
