I went in the store on a Sunday afternoon with phone problems. There were several people ahead of me and one associate. Michael (the associate) did a great job of multi tasking and got me and everyone taken care promptly. I was impressed!

Micheal is the best i ordered a pre order and i couldn’t add more lines so he worked his magic and made it work i walked out the store with my iPhone 17pro Max and a new ipad!!!!! Definitely recommend this store and Micheal as a rep!!!!!

I had the best experience back in August. My old phone completely shut off and i was so worried i was going to lose all of my info. Marques B was able to get me a new phone, saved all of my data, and went above and beyond for my experience. It went so well I brought my fiancé back the next day for him to upgrade his phone. 10/10 best experience i’ve had in a scary and frustrating situation!!

Michael at the Denton store helped my husband and I purchase and set up new phones as we've been needing to upgrade for a while. He was very professional and explained everything in detail so we understood each step of the way. He had us in and out in no time. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
