Understaffed pharmacy with slow service and hostile employees.

This CVS has the ghettoest pharmacy in the area. All this place is missing is bulletproof glass to give you the absolute feeling of being back in the hood. The pharmacist here are rude, extremely impolite, and overall not well versed in customer interaction. Though my issue may have been unresolved with them, they could’ve handled the situation better than they did. Long story short, if you’re dropping off a prescription, make sure your doctor has it in blue ink and not black, otherwise your ibuprofen prescription will be flagged as potential fraud. I literally was jaw to the floor over this? I’m not a pharmacist but ibuprofen is over the counter? Higher dosage isn’t something i think someone would flag your order over. I go to the Olney CVS now. Service is much better and wait times aren’t as bad. Redland CVS needs to audit their staff for customer success, i can’t imagine i’m the only one that doesn’t go here anymore. Also, isn’t it the pharmacy’s responsibility to call in the order to the doctors office for verification? Why would the customer have to do this? Absolute nonsense.

This should be a ZERO star. This is the most disgusting nasty, super rude, and unprofessional pharmacy staff. Look at all the negative reviews, it's proven. This pharmacy should be closed or replaced with new, professional staff.

Consistent rudeness at the pharmacy. Kindness is free.

Idris is awesome and super helpful. He always greets me and offers to help. This is my favorite CVS location precisely because he and the other front end employees are so nice!

Ever since I started using this CVS three years ago I have had no issues. Everyone is so friendly and I love the pharmacy team. I suffer from stage 4 endometriosis and I have not been treated any different when new medication is ordered by my doctors. They have never refused to fill my pain medication like walgreens did because they didn't understand the need for my use of different pain meds during different surgeries or invasive treatments. This CVS has great people working here..from the front checkout team, stocking team, and pharmacy team. ??

Arrived just before closing with 4 employees standing around said sorry we are closed at 6:59. Guess the medecine I need can wait. Amazon will figure out how to do this better without the high cost real estate.

Very clean and the sales associate was very helpful and patient with the questions I had about the price of a product.

They never want to answer questions or to look into concerns. They will lie to avoid doing so. I called in because my medicine was on hold for days/ to inquire if the delay was a result of low stock. The tech told me “that information couldn’t be shared”. I asked to speak to a pharmacist and she responded by saying that it was up to her if that information could be given. I have never had anyone push back on me asking if my medication was available in my life. She frankly just didn't want to inquire or look into my concerns at all (I have had a similar issue with the exact tech). When I told the pharmacist (Maria) about the hold/ med stock she responded by telling me that she wasn’t going to argue with me. If I am telling you that your staff relayed incorrect information … why is your response to say that you’re not arguing with me? I expected Maria to clarify the policy/correct her tech, but she instead was dismissive and rude. This location is so unprofessional. The most unprofessional and poorly trained staff of techs and pharmacists; The cashiers do a better job. Many of the pharmacy staff members perpetuate behavior that I would consider unacceptable for their profession. I have seen how they treat others on many occasions customers and it's disgusting.

I see why this cvs has bad reviews. Called before going because may have covid. Asked of a covid home test could be bought at drive thru. Said absolutley.... waited at window for 27 minuets only to be told have to come in. Trying to avoid getting other people sick hence why o called ahead only to be told the wrong information

If I can give 0 for a review, I'd do it! This pharmacy closed the drive through permanently, it appears. Customer service is very poor, phone calls are not answered in a timely manner, mostly, the callers are on hold for an hour or more. It's very aggravating to receive this poor quality service. I don't recommend this facility.

Second wrong dose med error in the past year. Dispensed a 1.5 times overdose of a med that can cause serious kidney damage, coma, or death. Really disappointed in the safety systems designed to prevent these errors. There are big gaps.

I was totally disrespected and disappointed with this CVS! The Pharmacist refused to tell me what it would cost me for a name brand medication and hung up on me when I asked for her name!

Pharmacist wouldn’t give me my son’s prescription which was filled and ready for pickup at 7:03pm when someone was already getting their prescription filled at 7:01pm. If you can go anywhere else for your needs I highly recommend doing so. Hopefully this place closes and gets replaced by a Walgreens or Rite Aid.
