If I can give 0 for a review, I'd do it! This pharmacy closed the drive through permanently, it appears. Customer service is very poor, phone calls are not answered in a timely manner, mostly, the callers are on hold for an hour or more. It's very aggravating to receive this poor quality service. I don't recommend this facility.

Second wrong dose med error in the past year. Dispensed a 1.5 times overdose of a med that can cause serious kidney damage, coma, or death. Really disappointed in the safety systems designed to prevent these errors. There are big gaps.

The location is so convenient but the staff are rude every-single-time. I'm done. I don't understand. I see how the treat the people in front of me and all I can say is thar the staff are consistent. Absolutely unprofessional. Bye bye CVS

I was totally disrespected and disappointed with this CVS! The Pharmacist refused to tell me what it would cost me for a name brand medication and hung up on me when I asked for her name!

Pharmacist wouldn’t give me my son’s prescription which was filled and ready for pickup at 7:03pm when someone was already getting their prescription filled at 7:01pm. If you can go anywhere else for your needs I highly recommend doing so. Hopefully this place closes and gets replaced by a Walgreens or Rite Aid.

My son went to the Derwood CVS last night (8:15ish 11/3/23) looking for coffee nut m&ms, for me. He picked up a Mio peach flavor for water. He was walking around the store...looking around and a female CVS employee was following him around. She came up to him and said..." you know you need to pay for that"He said..yeah. She continued to follow him around, making him extremely uncomfortable. He felt like he had to purchase the item, which he wasn't sure he really wanted. I find her behavior extremely rude and unprofessional. My son is a responsible young man , holding down two jobs. I am very disappointed in the treatment that he received. You really need to train your employees to provide better customer service. I won't be returning and will tell everyone I know what happened.

Pharmacy closes at 7 pm weekdays. I got out of work at 6, traveled and by the time I made it there it 704. I couldn't pick medication for my elderly parents. This is ridiculous. You know you charge for delivery as well. Change your hours that make sense for working families. Or have a puck up box like Amazon.

Pharmacy staff donot answer any phone. To speak with Pharmacy staff average waiting is more 35 minutes. I am thinking to switch Pharmacy is the only choice left.

I agree with all the negative reviews about the pharmacy staff. They seem really unhappy people. I understand they are very busy but it’s not an excuse to be rude. And beware, even if they supposedly close at 6pm on a Saturday by 5:50 they are no longer taking customers. And when you ask for help, they lie to your face saying they close at 5pm. Send your prescriptions somewhere else.

The slowest pharmacy ever. They don't answer the phone, and if you have kids and have to wait in line at the pharmacy drive-thru, you will be waiting forever.

Order online picture to print… after 1 hr I came to the store and the lady told me it’s not ready yet come back in 1hr, after 1 hr still not ready… they better close down the picture section… it’s not worth it… if I can give this place no star I will do it…

If I could, this would be zero stars. Beware the short, fat, fake blonde pharmacy tech. My prescription was lost, so my doctor called a new one in, with explicit instructions that it could be filled. First I called at 9 AM and was told they had to contact the insurance, but that it would be ready in a couple hours. Then I encountered the washed-up, chubby, 4th runner up for homecoming queen. She told me that it wouldn't be filled AT ALL. Then when I asked to speak to the pharmacist she - verbatim (a word I'm SURE she doesn't know, FYI) - stated, "Well, you can hold!" She left me on hold so long I was able to drive all the way to the pharmacy, and when I pulled into the parking lot THEY HUNG UP ON ME. The pharmacist then told me they had a 'glitch' in the system, which was an obvious lie. Also, after standing at the counter while my doctor called them, LO AND BEHOLD THEY WERE ABLE TO FILL THE PRESCRIPTION. Kind of seems like fat barbie is either stupid, lazy, or both. I'm going with both.

I like the store portion of this location but am extremely unhappy with the pharmacy. They routinely let the phone just ring and don’t answer. One pharmacy tech basically told me that they can’t be bothered to answer the phone (she was more rude than that) and she said I was very rude for asking what determines when they pick up the phone. As a regular customer that has been repeatedly been left on hold for over 30 minutes and nobody ever picked up, I think this was a very fair question. Especially since I asked it quite nicely. The technician went on a mini tirade that resulted in the customer behind me loudly commenting on her rudeness. Other technicians have tried to blame me for my prescriptions not being ready on time by saying I should have done things that are literally impossible. Examples include telling me I should have called ahead (they don’t answer their phones), or that I should use the app to take prescriptions off hold or to expedite them (neither of which can be done through the app and the technicians can’t instruct me on how to do this).Final note - a technician told me they have a 5 day backlog on prescriptions. I had one that wasn’t filled for over 2 weeks after they told me it was scheduled to be filled. The pharmacy manager emailed me at one point offering to speak with me about my concerns, but she never responded when I emailed back asking to set up a time to speak.This is all very unfortunate. They used to be a good pharmacy.

The pharmacist here Sonya likes to play police office and stick her nose where she should not so I stopped filling my delicate narcotic prescriptions here years ago and went to a place where I’m treated like family. As if I wanted to take this medicine. The epidemic did not help but I’m grateful to not have to depend on doctors and pharmacies and medicines like this. Sonya would make patients feel like junkies.
