For his attitude to other allstate agents, I have not been able to move another allstate agent. All the allstate agent in the Montgomery County said if they accepted me, Mr. Northern would be angry. I have insured to Liberty for a few years and come back to Allstate with another agent.
More than anyting, I told his coworker or assistant my credit card number when I insured with him, but it has not been renewed on the policy and I was uninsured for a month and for that I had paid penalty for uninsured.
I have no idea what happened in their office, but it should not have affected on customers' policy, I believe.

I highly recommend this agency when shopping for insurance. Maria (Melena) was fantastic to work with; and made the process of switching from Erie to Allstate seamless and easy. And she saved me a good bit of $ for better coverage! Can't beat that! Brian Hirsch

I have been with Allstate for 24 years, the last 8 with Northern Insurance Agencies. The thing I like most about Tom is that he relates everything to himself, by telling me exactly what he would do in any situation. He has also trained his staff the same way. He never tries to sell me on things I do not need, but rather makes well founded recommendations to ensure my family and I are well protected in case something happens. Also, his customer service person Mary is the best. She knows how to answer all my questions quickly and effectively, especially billing. I would recommend anyone looking for any type of insurance, home, auto, life, retirement or other type to call Tom and his team first. They will definitely take great care of you no matter what type of insurance you are looking for.
