The driver has been speeding in my neighborhood, cussing people out, getting out of his truck, running up on people, harassing people, and making threats. If I could give this company -5 stars I would.

One week they pick up trash, but next week they skip.

We're 2 people with 2 cats/dogs. We don't make much trash. They randomly would skip pick ups. Any time we had more than 2 bags of kitty litter and the bin was even remotely heavier than our light kitchen trash they would skip the pick up. We would leave it out the next time and change nothing and then they would pick it up, so I'm not sure if it was weight. They never communicated why. We tried changing the bin, contacting them, nothing. We've never had this issue with any other company. Switched to a company that actually can do their job.

Paid and set the trash out as instructed and no one ever came. Week after week no trash was picked up. Went on for about a month. Had to take it to the transfer station myself in my personal vehicle. The lady who signed me up didn’t seem very personable at all almost as if she didn’t want to be there. Had them cancel my account for the wasted money and time…

Titus Trash truck was excessively speeding in the Plantations 2 neighborhood. When I yelled for the driver to slowdown, he drove his truck across the road into the oncoming traffic lane, got out of his truck and threatened me. The driver belongs back in jail.

For a bulk pickup they charged $75 and did not pick up all items and broke glass and left all the shattered glass on the road and grass where people walk.
Used to be good cheap and reliable. Now they are always missing weekly pickups.

I have to call them to pick up my trash 5 Thursdays in a row. Wish they’d be more customer service courteous when you call.

If I could give a -3stars I would. So after my call last week no one came out to pick up my remanding trash. Now this week I called and spoke to a manager telling him. Bobby took the two Titus trash cans that was provided to me because he complained about a year ago that I didn’t have enough totes and was breaking my trash cans. Today I was told they were not aware I had them. So I guess the ghost brought them to me over a year ago. Talking to this company is like talking to a bunch of kids. I asked too speak to the owner but I guess he was to busy to talk with me and just doesn’t care what his employees do. I think they all need to go take some classes on customer care!
