Preordered antifreeze on the Advance Auto Parts app for in-store pickup. My order confirmation stated that I could pick my order up within 30 minutes. I arrived to the store an hour later, but the attendant hadn’t pulled my order yet. At first he couldn’t find my order in the system. Once he found it, he left to go get it, all to bring the incorrect item. I had to tell him that what he pulled was the wrong type of antifreeze, and that I needed the type for european vehicles. I also informed him that I put my vin number into the app, just to be sure that I was ordering the correct item. He insisted that what he pulled for me was the correct item. I had to literally pull out my phone and pull up my order to show him. Even the colors on the bottle were different. Finally, he went back to the shelve and retrieved the correct antifreeze.
I felt like I did a lot by setting up a profile, entering my vin into the app, and ordering/paying on online, all to have to tell the associate what I needed and I still had to wait. Also, I arrived 15 minutes before store closing and the door was already locked. I had to knock to get in. Major inconvenience across the board.

I went in t last Sunday 12-10-23 to get a 5 quart jug of oil. There was a cashier and a guy who seemed to be a customer talking to him for about 3 minutes. Turns out they were both employees! I say this because the guy went behind the counter and sat on like a chair.So I ended up returning the oil cause my mechanic took care of my leaking valve cover gasket. Things got even worse with the return, the cashier was a cool young man who called for the manager Mrs. Tina, it literally took her about 20 minutes to come to the front to process my return. While waiting for her I could see her on her phone through the shelves. When she came up she did apologize once and was pleasant but the time waiting was unexcusable.

Make sure you double check the parts Bima helps you with. I went in to get front/rear pads and an oil filter. Bima gave me the wrong front pads and wrong oil filter. He did give me the correct back brake pads. Meaning, I gave him the correct car info. However, he was too busy chatting and asking me for a job in my company and not focusing on getting the correct parts. Huge inconvenience for me considering how far I live from that location for a return. I would rate this location 1/10 thanks to Bima bad service.
