I’m trying to buy for the stuff. Probably about Three months, I buy something. I’m always funny. I had a stroke 13 Years. So it’s close so bye for something because I can trust I thought.
So I said , I need to refill, lol. That’s two second and I’m done.. He said, what’s the model? When I had a stroke, it’s better for the numbers my phone. They had account. So he know I need something. He said, “ You’re playing I don’t have time!. So he don’t serve me. That’s fine. I will take that it’s a bad day and it’s no problem.
But the problem is it’s a lot of people. But he talking for me, said I playing games. And then he cussed. I said, “Be quiet”. I’m not sure why he’s angry but he is. Then he tried to push the cart. That is assaulted. I don’t care I can talk. I never loud. I’m trying to pay for whatever.
The manager, he did this discount. We talk to you secure and I say I need the video. The manager (Derek J) said they don’t have the video. We’ll talked for secure and they have the video.
David Thomas, it’s not good. I don’t care I can laugh. The balance is your right or wrong! And it was way wrong!!! I can do Police and arrested. I’m going talk for corporate tomorrow, but I’m not happy at all.

On-site Rep Oneida was patient, efficient and helpful. Her professionalism was refreshing. Her service definitely showed that she loves what she does. District Heights AutoZone is lucky to have her as a team member. Go check them out. They rock!

Always has parts in stocks every visit. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Clean parking lot and quiet atmosphere. Never alot of people there. Highly recommend

Worst customer service the lady was so rude and looked at you with no words coming out of her mouth, when we would try to ask her questions she spoke on top of me not letting me finish. And I’m sitting in The car now and she is rolling her eyes at us. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with customer service. This lady has zero to no education.

Trash Customoer service, online it says they offer services like the fix finder but when you go in the store they say it’s “broke” every time… but this is supposed to be the store that sales them and then it’s advertised online but it’s not really at the store??? I called to ask before going there and the man put me on hold.

They move slow as if they hated their job, and their attitude was ugly topped off with sarcasm. The woman who says it's her store was just as nasty and unprofessional ??.... I refused to spend my $$$$ there. I went to another auto zone location that took care of my needs right away plus they moved light they were alive ?

I love go to this place always I found what I need but I feel sorry to say I have a really bad experience on customer service was one lady there and I purchase she don’t know nothing keep asking the other guy was there and she charge me wrong I come back to get my money back and she say to the guy if he can help me was another customer trying to return too and customer say so I have to wait too and she literally told her no you can come I just don’t want to help her I was so surprised of that response they are good but better have professional people working!! So sad So bad!!!
