I had an outstanding experience at CubeSmart thanks to Tracy! From the very start, she went above and beyond—calling and texting me with friendly reminders about my appointment and making sure I had all my questions answered. When I arrived, she gave me a thorough tour of the facility and the unit size I initially selected.
When I realized I needed a different size, Tracy took the time to clearly explain the pricing differences and helped me take advantage of a first-month free offer, while also being transparent about additional costs. What stood out the most was her warm, cheerful, and welcoming demeanor. Moving can be stressful, but Tracy’s positivity and professionalism made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciated her care and attention, and I highly recommend working with her!

Just moved my grandfathers old house furniture into a unit today. Needed to use the bathroom and help finding the unit. Nia at the front desk is very helpful and had great customer service. I appreciate good customer service and a clean office and building.

It is very disappointing that for the past two months as I try to vacate my until you come in and find elevators broken.
This is a major concern but still yet rent is constantly increasing. This a total rip off to the customers.
Facilities is poorly managed and something need to be done. Either the exit gate is broken, the roll.up door and elevator to your unit building is broken.
When will it stop, people getting ripped off with outrageous rent.

Everyone was professional and courteous. However, they need to add a lot more dollies because there was only one for that entire building. Nobody offered to look for any. They just told us that they were all over the building. Like we had time to go all over this building to look for a dolly when they should be in a designated spot. Myself in another customer was pretty annoyed the day we moved our stuff in because there was only one dolly. This was my only annoyance.

Payed my daughter’s storage bill for the month last week and Nia has great customer service. The office was clean, bathrooms were clean, attitude was great and I got everything I needed completed in a timely manner. Great job Nia!

The young ladies who assisted me yesterday, 4/30 were not only extremely helpful and pleasant, they managed to do so while sitting in an 88 degree building because they had no working AC. This is what customer service is all about. They brightened my day after I had very difficult conversation with a Public Storage rep. This is my second using CubeSmart and you guys always come through. Thank you so much for the friendly atomsphere ladies. It didn’t go unnoticed and was much appreciated!!

My wife got a unit at this place this month and it was the best customer service we have experienced in a good while! Nia at the front desk helped me through the whole process and was the sweetest young lady. I will be storing here for a few months and love to know that my time here will be awesome.
