I love using the CVS on Silver Hill Road for the simple fact; the Pharmacist truly take their time with your concerns. The entire staff do their best to make sure every customer has a great experience.

Always a long line and staff will have 1 tech helping the people! They need to hire more pharmacists or all get on register to get the line down! Or put some chairs on the line!

24/7 service. Not many anymore are 24/7. Normal selections. 5 star because of late night effort from Warren.Parking.

Don't waste your time calling because they will not answer the phone. Twice I have called and been on hold for over twenty minutes waiting for someone to pick up so I don't waste another trip only to be told that my prescription is out of stock or hasn't been received. Very annoyed.

Sent a prescription to this pharmacy late Sunday evening when no other pharmacy was open for a patient desperately needing treatment. Phone was answered on time, pharmacy person was polite and efficient. Great service to have 24hrs availability.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've dealt with over 30 years now! They treat you like dogs and not human beings! They won't answer the pharmacy calls, a Dr can call in a prescription on Saturday and you wait to pick it up Monday and it's never ready! They are the epitome of why people are dying because they can't get their medicine! Management is poor, employees ignorant and the ones who do know what they're doing are overworked! I guess patients are just supposed to just die

I came to this specific pharmacy because my normal pharmacy did not have my medication. I had a paper script which I dropped off and I was told that my medication would be ready in 30 minutes. I purposely returned over an hour later only to be told that it wasn't ready. The pharmacist told me that the medication was lost, but the evening pharmacist would be in at 8 pm which was about a 20 minute wait. How exactly do you lose medication? I chose to return to my regular pharmacy that will order the prescription. This pharmacy is a waste of time and I would avoid it if I were you.

Long story short I waited 42 minutes on hold just to get in line and see 4 people working walking pass the phone and only one lady in front of me. Tired. If it doesn't changed it's going to be a great news story. The woman with the dreads could care less and she's in charge. CVS PHARMACY is community member are getting tired. The general manager Pam gave me a number to call. Please call and I will start getting petitions signed and the news to listen. Be careful who you disrespect and what you do because you never know WHO people know that can get it blasted all over social media. Enough is enough.

So I was looking for some sweet oil for my dad's ear. Decided to stop at CVS to see if they carried it. Checked the aisle for it, no luck. Asked an employee, he didn't know. Asked the pharmacist, they gave me the same aisle I had already looked in. Asked another employee, he is walking while talking to me, telling me if I didn't see it in the aisle it was supposed to be in... They didn't have any. I was just fed up after that, he couldn't even stop to answer a customers question as if he was in a hurry or they had a long line of people waiting. Oh well... I guess I'll only be coming here for my prescriptions from now on.

Under staffed out gunned and definitely under appreciated in this time. The lines are longer now and the service is still good you've just got to be patient. The pharmacy staff tries to be courteous to everyone. Its a 24 hour pharmacy if the line is long come back or use the new delivery service

Everytime I come they slow as hell. They are in the back having conversations with each other versus paying attention. I have picked up my prescription and the instructions were in Spanish. Picked up a prescription where I needed a syringe for the medication. They didnt provide it and I didnt find out til I was an hr from the store. Bad service all the time everytime

Tryng to phone in for refills for my diabetic supplies and wait time is sometime 30-45 minutes. Refilling scripts that i didn't need at that time. Lack of test strips and having to get my insulin pens in a timely manner.
