Today I had the most pleasant phone interaction with Miss Aniiyah in the pharmacy. She handle my issue before I could fully tell her what it was 🙂🙂 She was kind proactive and most importantly professional!! Thank you Miss Aniiyah you are a rare gem ✨️

The Pharmacy is great here. The people who work in this CVS Pharmacy have been amazing. I've been coming here for a couple of years, and their service continues to get better. Thank you for making things easier for us and for responding quickly
Now the store... it is alright. Some of the staff need to be trained properly on how to solve problems quickly and with ease. Sometimes they don't want to figure things out and take the easy way out by saying they don't know. The customer can't always be helped :(.

Was visiting family from out of town. I just wanted to stop here real quick for something nifty you know like I usually do for most of my CVS visits. But this one. Oh my God horrendous I couldn't get any assistance. You couldn't find anything. The place was filthy and everyone was complaining about how tired they were. Why would you go to work to complain about how tired you were consumers? Don't want to hear that!

Absolutely horrible place. These people don't know anything. They don't help anybody with anything. They are so stupid here. I cannot believe that this place is still allowed to run. Half of the people need to lose their jobs it's ridiculous.

This is one of the worst CVS's I have ever been to. There's never anybody at the front. When you ask for assistance everybody points fingers at everyone. They don't follow actual protocol. Nobody seems to help you. You literally walk into the store and if you want any assistance you need to go all the way back to the pharmacy where then they will tell you that oh wait go back up to the front. This is the most convoluted horrible CVS I have ever been to. Literally they do not follow any kind of processes or anything. If you want your passport photo, you're better off going to the USPS. If you need to drop off UPS stuff, you're better off. Just going to a UPS. The only thing that CVS is good for is the pharmacy and even then they are not knowledgeable. They are not helpful. This is a horrible, horrible CVS and it sucks because it's local.

They are rude unprofessional and no one does there job. Store is dirty. There is also no accountability to the customers. I hate this place
